Stayed to attend a wedding in gravesend had a early in and was checked in by Raj who was very polite she told us where the temple and local shops the room was clean and bed comfortable would definitely stay here again

I arrived over an hour early for check-in because I finished work sooner than I had anticipated so I thought I’d be left standing around until 3:00 to check in but thanks to the hotel manager, he kind allowed me to check in straight away at no extra cost as there was a room available which was very kind of him to do so. Allowing me to check in early saved me so much time to get ready for the plans I had. I’m very thankful.

The staff was excellent. The room service was great. Room was clean and tidy as well. The room size was decent. It was our anniversary and the hotel staff went extra mile to add a towel decoration in our room, something special to make a bright day. Thanks to the staff.

The hotel was easy to find, situated just off the M2. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask. The room was bigger than I expected and clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. All in all a very good stay for the reasonable price. I will return.
