Very clean amazing sunrise and sunset, right next to the sea, kind and helpful team with plenty of facilities and decent food choices ! I’ll visit again !

The receptionist set the tone. I have in all the years I’ve been here inexpensive hotels and expensive hotels , never had a bad experience. This was my first. Greater by a very sour and unwelcoming receptionist. I stepped back and thought it was me, she was equally unpleasant to everyone else. We had a snag and she offered no solutions . We will NEVER come back to be mistreated by what is supposed to be a higher end wellness resort . The irony is comical

In no way it is a 5 star hotel. It is hardly 3 star. Although it is renovated it is totally disorganised, un professional staff. We stayed at an overpriced Grand Suite which looked like more of a hospital ward. Poor cleanliness, bathroom smells of urine due to bad plumping. Poor breakfast. They don’t even have esspresso. It is charged extra. One day there was no room service at all. The managment did not answer to my complaints although I sent a list by email and talked to the reception. The manager and owners who were around never showed up to give an explanation. It was obvous to us that they avoided us deliberately. They are frauds as they sell for 5 star prices. We were cheated in the most rude way. Shame of them! They make a bad name of the tourism in our country.

Mythical Coast is very nice, but feels like a 3 star hotel -- they list themselves as a 5 star hotel. The building is modern and clean and comfortable. The room was excellent. The staff is very friendly and they work hard. We really liked them. The hotel seems understaffed. The staff may be capable of creating a 5 star experience, but there are too few people working there to do that. The outdoor pool is nice but had loud music. I didn't see a life guard. The 3 indoor pools are wonderful. Really great. Warm, warmer and very warm to choose from. We learned later that they are appointment only and are not free to use. The breakfast buffet is just ok. The dinner is mediocre and expensive compared to island prices. The beach requires shoes to enter and exit the water. The Aegean Sea is wonderful. You can take a short taxi ride to the Karpouzi Beach Canteen which has easy access to the water (no shoes needed) and food service. The sauna and hamam require reservation. There isn't much to do within walking distance of the hotel, and there aren't any activities at the hotel. I highly recommend renting a car for 70 Euros and driving to Molyvos. It's about an hour away and you can spend a full day eating, shopping, swimming.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever been. Excellent facilities with the most amazing view. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast as well as the restaurant food was perfect. Finally, the pools and spa services were awesome.

Hell on earth. Pretended to be a 5-star hotel, with “luxurious” “suites” but revealed as a bad hostel. We made a reservation for the GRAND SUITE (grand sh1t) for more than 300$ per night for 3 nights, but we got a poor room: No storage place for clothes in the room; No bath 🛀🏻 , only shower 🚿 ; A shared balcony with the next room; Very poor amenities; Very basic shampoo and soap (like in a 3 stars hotel); No bellboy; No concierge; No security at the hostel; No waiters at the lobby; Very tiny swimming pool; The so called “Grand Suite” didn’t offer even forks, knives or glasses for wine, not to speak about the empty mini-bar… or the absence of bottles opener..; The sofa was like of the poorest guesthouses in India 🇮🇳; The shuttle service which was promised from the airport was revealed as a big nothing..; The staff was RUDE !!!!; The welcoming experience was awful 😢;No espresso machine in the “suite” 😳; the breakfast was shameful : no espresso, no traditional Greek food, no smoked salmon, no fresh bread, no mineral water, no menu, just rotten fruits and a disastrous service!!!! And a Jelly dessert 🤷🏿‍♂️ Look at the pictures attached!!!!!! As we complained to the management about our awful experience and sent them the draft of this review they expelled us from the hostel !!!!!! We were left abandoned at the street without a place to sleep in!!!! Many-many guests made a big demonstration at the lobby because of the bad facilities and the hostile service but it was seemed that the staff was used to it. The breakfast was awful; maybe refugees would have been satisfied with it. It is a 3rd-world-country-hostel and this place is even worse than this! Even before we got our room we started crying at the lobby, as we understood we arrived in HELL !!!! To pay 300$ per night for such a torture is unacceptable!!!! It’s not about the money but our vacation was ruined because of this situation. After one night of tortures, we found other hotel which was great. If you want to get a jungle vacation, and you don’t want to fly to Africa, you should go to this place !!!!!

We had a beautiful view of the pool and a comfortable balcony. The room was very spacious and furnished with everything necessary. The common areas of the hotel are lovely and simply decorated. The breakfast is varied and balanced. I recommend separating the cold cuts so that people with special diets can enjoy the delicious breakfast this hotel offers. I would also add a wider range of aromatic waters with herbs from the region. The pool is very large and comfortable. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and if you walk for 10 minutes, you will find another of the most popular beaches in the region. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff is attentive, always willing to help their customers and respond to their guests. The hotel is located 5 minutes by car from the airport and offers a transfer service for its customers twice a day. Guests of this hotel can enjoy its excellent Massage and Spa center. This hotel chain also manages the famous Polichnytos Hot Springs, so you can combine visits to this beautiful region and also enjoy the benefits of the hot springs and the beaches in the area, such as Vatera. הייתה לנו תצפית יפה על הבריכה ומרפסת נוחה. החדר היה מרווח מאוד ומרוהט בכל מה שצריך. האזורים המשותפים במלון מקסימים ומעוצבים בפשטות. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת ומאוזנת. אני ממליץ להפריד את המעדנים כדי שאנשים עם דיאטות מיוחדות יוכלו ליהנות מארוחת הבוקר הטעימה שהמלון מציע. הייתי מוסיף גם מגוון רחב יותר של מים ארומטיים עם עשבי תיבול מהאזור. הבריכה גדולה ונוחה מאוד. החוף נמצא ממש מול המלון, ואם תלכו 10 דקות תמצאו עוד אחד מהחופים הפופולריים ביותר באזור. המלון חדש ונקי מאוד. הצוות קשוב, תמיד מוכן לעזור ללקוחותיו ולענות לאורחיו. המלון ממוקם 5 דקות נסיעה משדה התעופה ומספק שירות הסעות ללקוחותיו פעמיים ביום. אורחי המלון יכולים ליהנות ממרכז עיסויים וספא מעולה. רשת המלונות הזו גם מנהלת את המעיינות החמים המפורסמים בפוליכניטו, כך שניתן לשלב ביקורים באזור היפה הזה וגם ליהנות מהיתרונות של המעיינות החמים ומהחופים באזור כמו ואטרה.

New hotel, very nice staff Very weak WiFi in the rooms As it is located near a forest, many bees, cant sit and eat outside as you find yourself surrounded by bees. Near the airport - an advantage! Very much suitable for couples / families that looking for all inclusive. not many fresh fruits served in the morning, nor granola. its location is remotely need to have a car.

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel in the last week of may. We had a wonderful holiday and we were very satisfied with the new hotel. We used most of the facilities including the fitness room, massage, the pool, the restaurant and so on. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and seemed very professional. The rooms are big, but some of them don't have a balcony, so make sure you order a room that suits your needs. The hotel is in a quiet area 10 km from Mythilini, so I would recommend renting a car if you want to go to restaurants in the evening. A really beautiful hotel with a fantastic view.
