Checked in in the afternoon, bar area and lounge area / seats. Vending machine set up near reception for drinks and snacks, also able to buy toothbrush etc if forgotten. Harvester restaurant literally outside, for eat in and takeaway. Fairly quiet hotel, could hear walking around a fair bit throughout the night. Room clean, comfy beds and pillows. Towels clean. Would stay again.

The showers in both of our rooms leaked through the bathroom door onto the carpet outside the bathrooms door, this was obviously an ongoing issue as the carpets were discoloured and the smell when they were wet was strong and disgusting. Although they offered to move one of our rooms, we chose not to due to jet lag and that if 2 rooms were like this, the probably would all be.

Air conditioning make a lot noise

Lovely hotel. Ideally situated next to the M1 exit. Staff are great and really welcoming. Rooms are basic but spotlessly clean and well looked after. Will use again when I’m in the area.

We stayed here on our way to a cruise holiday in south Hampton , The hotel is quite good and in a quite location, It has its own restaurant which also doubles as the breakfast area , Breakfast was served by the staff and was excellent as you choose what you want from the hot food menu but can also have continental or both , The rooms in this hotel are quite sparse as there was no hair dryer and no glasses in the bathroom, Bathroom could do with a shaving mirror as it’s difficult to see or get close enough to the main bathroom mirror, The room had quite a lot of spiders webs in it and the walls where marked in a lot of places, Bed had a lump in the middle which other half was not impressed with, Good points for us wax that our room had a wet room shower and we could park close to front door as my wife has a disabled badge , Staff are very friendly and very helpful, Nice touch at reception area is free flavoured water that you serve yourself by the glass , Also there are vending machines for chocolate-crisps- drinks ect , I would stay again in the future if needed at a reasonable price.

Great hotel, clean rooms, just off the M2, eating facilities are around but wish they had buffet breakfast rather than order at the table, will be back

Rooms are spacious and practically laid out, bathroom and shower 🚿 excellent always a good night's sleep and just off the M1 J15A

The hotel itself looks nice and modern, the rooms are a little bare, curtains outdated. We booked a double room with a sofa bed, on arrival got told only room left was the accessible rooms (yet lift was broken) hardly accessible! So ended up with a wet room rather than shower/bath - not the end of the world but should get room we booked for! Bed was uncomfortable - hard and bad for back. Was woken up at 4.30am by a group of people banging on my door and the people I was with doors, let it slide but then they were screaming and having a party in the room next to us, went to reception to ask them to sort it out as unfair on paying guests trying to sleep, the guy did go up and ask them to be quiet however after he left they turned the music up and continued to be loud and screaming! Called down to reception and he went back up to give a warning but it continued so we called again, it went on all night and was ridiculous could not sleep was in the room next to me, a double room should not have a heard of people in partying at 5am till gone 7am!!! They should have been told to leave the second time they got asked to be quiet!

Really easy when checking in, staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though we had booked without breakfast, they still gave us all the times in case we changed our mind as well as the times for the food and the bar. The room was clean and just what we needed for a getaway. Plenty of space and it had really good space to store our belongings away. Good amount of plugs, especially having one either side of the bed. Bathroom was clean and a really good size. Wifi was included, which made it more appealing as usually when we go away we have to pay extra!

Nice hotel situated very close to the M1 and A45 into Northampton. Very pleasant surroundings. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Cheap and cheerful although £2.70 for a lime and soda was a bit of a shocker.

Booked double got twin was told trip.coms mistake ??

Simple but good. Great room, good breakfast.
