바다가 보이지 않는 방을 배정했는데 옆으로 살짝 바다가 보여 좋았습니다. 그런데 주변에 차 소음이 시끄러웠습니다.

내가 머물렀던 최악의 호텔입니다. 1. 호텔에 슬리퍼가 없습니다. 슬리퍼를 4번이나 달라고 했는데 호텔에 있어야 할 게 없다고 하더군요. 2. 호텔에는 칫솔, 치약, 빗 등이 없었습니다. 칫솔을 주기 전에 두 번 전화해야 했습니다. 3. 호텔에서는 생수를 제공하지 않습니다. 한 병에 10달러를 지불해야 하며, 이런 것은 본 적이 없습니다. 4. 프론트 데스크 서비스가 매우 형편없고 사람을 무시합니다. 5. 위생 상태가 역겹고, 이불에 피가 묻어 있고, 욕조가 막혀있습니다.

- 방음이 너무 약해서 옆방 소리가 잘 들립니다. - 제가 선택한 바다 전망 방이 발코니 방이더군요. 밤에 발코니 유리문으로 공기가 새서 아이가 감기에 걸렸습니다. - 샤워기 소음은 공사장 소음 수준으로 전혀 해결 불가 - 큰 침대는 작고 위생은 보통이며 시설은 중국에서 2성급에 불과합니다. 2900의 가격은 다시 사용해서는 안됩니다.

The view from the room/balcony was amazing. The service and facilities were fine too. However, I think the ventilation in the washroom wasn't working properly, and as a result, a very bad smell would sometimes come into the room.

Had a fantastic stay at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. The hotel itself is in a good location with great amenities, very close to the beach. A special mention must go to April. Her exceptional service, warm hospitality and proactive approach made my visit truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We had a good one-night stay at Novotel. The hotel was clean, and the location was great. The only downside was the Wi-Fi. To get the password, we had to join their membership, which felt like too much effort. The service was fine, and overall, it was a good stay.

Overall, the location was excellent. However, parking costs an extra.

The hotel was great—clean and beachfront. The room was spacious and well-maintained room number #534, with daily cleaning services. The pool was fine, but it was always freezing, regardless of the weather. Even on a 40-degree day, it felt like they filled it with ice overnight. As a result, the kids didn't enjoy it; it was difficult to get in the water and even harder to stay in. We booked a room that included breakfast. We only had to pay for the parents' breakfasts, while the two kids ate for free with paying parents. The buffet breakfast was not worth it if everyone had to pay, but since we only paid for one adult, it was acceptable. Otherwise, a breakfast at McDonald's would have been cheaper and more satisfying. The buffet options were the same every single day during our five-day stay, and they included poached eggs, scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up eggs, mushrooms, sausage, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, and three types of pastries, along with pancakes. For drinks, there were apple juice, orange juice, and tropical juice, but none were freshly squeezed—they tasted like boxed juice. The coffee machine used coffee pods, and there were tea stations available. That was all the food and drink offered at the buffet, and it was consistent every day for five days.

We stayed there for 2 nights during Easter break and we loved it! The location was great , comfortable room & good customer service .

The softness of the pillows invited a deep slumber. The gentle hum of the air conditioner provided a soothing white noise. The room was dark and quiet, perfect for restful sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, cradling the body just right. A sense of calm washed over me as I settled in. The stresses of the day melted away, replaced by tranquility. I drifted off easily and slept soundly. Waking up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated was the perfect start to a new day.

Nice view and Cocktoo coming to welcome us. There are plenty of free car park at back of the hotel, don't nees to pay $30 for the hotel parking
