Girls Trip, we decided on BAYWATCH TOWER, it was very pretty on the outside, inside, which was even better. Staff friendly. The balcony view was beautiful. stayed in tower 1. old and needs updating, unit is small outdoor balcony is small, hardly room for two chairs. Pools and amenities near pools are nice, bar and food. beach access is close but code works whenever it wants on return, most time someone lets you in. Parking code didn't work first day Pain!!!!! one of three elevators hasn't worked at all and Sat, very busy, only one worked at all most of the day. some waits as long as 30-40 minutes. took stairs to floor 11. Not bad for 75 years old. Will never return... Orange beach is our fav. Traffic is terrible, no place to bike or walk..

We had a our wedding last year at the Baywatch and everything was wonderful. This year we decided to have our anniversary there and from the start they don’t offer any kind of a discount. I’m a government employee and every place we have stayed always offer some kind of discount. We were by the pool and no one was there and the security guard walked up and asked us where our wristbands we understand that they have rules. It’s just a little ridiculous that no one else is wearing wristbands. We had a cooler and had water in there and he said we couldn’t have that there either. Just a little to strict and no one is even at the pool. We spend so much money normally at the bar but we will never stay here again.

Stayed in unit 1002. 2 bedroom direct oceanfront with views from both bedrooms. Nicely updated with great views from the balcony. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for the family. Resort pools were clean and it was great the amount available both indoors and outdoors.

We stayed in Room 1038. It was an updated room. The couch was quite hard. Only great thing was the oceanfront view but there were a few times we had to go in because of the smell of ****. Lots of **** smells in the parking garage and elevators as well. Half the parking garage was closed for most of our stay, leaving few parking spots. No water pressure in the shower at all in the 10 days we stayed. Dishwasher was broke. No washer and dryer in the room as advertised. We called twice to have our towels taken and no one ever came. We’ve had many vacations on the beach, there’s much better out there for the price we paid. Expected a lot more.

i booked through a booking service ( orbitz) they advertize the unit as having two queen beds in the bedroom. they turned out to have a king in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room. when contacted they said the two queen beds was a request and didn't have to be honored

Room was dirty. Not the room we reserved. Staff was rude. The only positive was the location to the ocean and the view. Will not be back.

Check out within an hour of checking in. Room was dirty, smells like smoke, lights flickering and water wouldn’t drain out of the sink.

The room smelled like smoke, the water wouldn’t drain out of the sink, the entire place was dirty, hair all in the bathroom and the lights were flickering off and on. I checked out 30 minutes after being there and they didn’t issue a refund. I talked to the customer service and they understood everything but didn’t offer another room or anything. It was either take it or leave it.
