I had visited Goa on March and visited Grand leoney Resort for attend Promotion of Kazan Lifestyle. I have taken membership from them. I met Ms Shalini and she explained us membership plan very well and we decide to take it. Thanks Kazan Lifestyle.... At this hotel, there is a business running by the name Kazan Lifestyle that will sell your tour packages and stop responding once your payments are made. They failed to provide a genuine registration number as well as they have zero presence anywhere online apart from their own website. Contacted the hotel later who said that they are not responsible for it. Be aware.

My personal experience, who should not go to this place: 1. You expect hospitality from trained professionals (everyone there is from one village who has zero knowledge of hospitality, basically cheap labor) 2. If you love hot water showers 3. If you plan to work (literally no internet) 4. If you are okay with lies said on your face, I would be okay paying half of what I paid. Avoid it if you have been traveling and know what can get you for the price tag.

Overall, the stay was pretty comfortable. In house Restaurant's room delivery was good too. Cleaning staff did a good job too. But, the door handle of the bathroom of the room we stayed was broken. Otherwise, everything else was pretty decent.

The Best part of this resort is the Location. Close to Major Tourist destinations in Goa. Peaceful and relaxing stay. All you need for a prefect vacation. The hotel spa was not operational while we were there. Rest was all good.

Visited and stayed for 05 days ***** with other families. AC not working properly in majority of rooms. Linen and pool were not properly cleaned. Booking online is recommended as prices on telephone might be different once you land up in hotel after paying advance. Pool facing room will be designated as premium and you might end up paying more. Location and facilities are ok, but maintenance is NOT. Eating out is recommended.

The services were not as per the price we paid. The basic accessories were only provided when asked. With such a price there was no complimentary breakfast also. Also for every room service they were charging 10 Rs.

Never judge the book by its cover This stand true for THE GRAND LEONY RESORT Its says grand. Its GRAND-LY HORRIBLE from the inside. Service people are horrible. Only two people are nice One aunty at the reception short lady. And MR ZULU a server kind and sweet person. Rest all are untrained and act as if they are doing you a favour. We chose Premium rooms and what we got was ABSOLUTELY SUB-STANDARD Our room AC was not working in scorching heat of March 2022 We adjusted for 2 days. They kept saying it will get ok. Finally I had to lose my temper and yet they said why was I getting upset. Worst experience in Goa ever. Please dont book this nightmare of a resort. Only Looks good from the outside But inside its a horrible experience There is no common area. There is no lawn area with shade No place in shade to sit by the poolside either. See pictures of this place. The sunbeds are in baf shape. See pics. Dining hall is shady and stained. Worst decision.
