Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

We rested at the hotel in January 2023.Delicious Indian-style breakfast, but not spicy, beautiful grounds, very convenient to go to the beach and very friendly and tidy staff.I especially want to mention the reception manager Anita, who solved all our problems with understanding and attention.We will definitely come back again!

The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

Excellent Room with very nice food. Poolside area is too good with live band in the evenings. Location is a bit on a narrow lane but ***ageable. Room service and food quality excellent.
