Pictures online did not portray the actual location/room. The appliances were outdated, there was a hole in the bathroom door. Non-smoking room was smoky. Carpet was torn and held in place with duct tape.

The person at the front desk explained that there was a glitch in the system at the time which allowed rooms to be reserved online when there actually weren’t any available. I spent the next hour looking for another room & ended up paying double then I wanted because it was late & last minute. I wish I would have been contacted beforehand or met with some accommodations.

The door to the first room I was given would not open. The next room was not made up and appeared to have drug paraphernalia. The housekeeper was supposed to come and make up the room but never did - after several hours, the front desk gave me clean sheets to change a bed myself. The front desk person was professional and helpful.

Maybe I caught them on a bad weekend but the room has no toilet paper or toiletries. The room at first glance looked clean, but the shower curtain had mold on it and there was trash behind furniture. The shower rod was also loose so the curtain opened all the time causing a little flood after each showers. The room had a nice tv and the bed was comfortable. I had booked a queen bed but was given a double bed instead.

I paid ******* when the reservation was made. By the time I checked in, ******* had changed the payment source, and I was told my card was declined, when actually, ******* didnt update the payment, I was facing being removed from property for non payment???? You took my money, but didnt pay the hotel!!

This was a literal roach hotel. I woke up to roaches on my bed, on the walls, in the bathroom and on the bath towels. Additionally, the room reeked of cigarettes. I had a cancelled flight and needed something close to the airport.

Showed up to check in and there's a sign on the door stating if you made a reservation please cancel. Sold out.

The air didn’t work! It wasn’t clean! Roaches in the room just nasty. Blood drops from the bottom floor all the way to the 3rd floor up the stair case. No breakfast like the site stated. First and last stay there

This may have been the worst hotel I have ever been in. Three tries to get a room where key worked. Bathroom was dirty. Light bulbs missing. Smoke detector falling from ceiling. Refrigerator not working. No cups. Only 1 towel. Dead batteries in TV remote. Dog poop outsid room - never picked up. Need I say more?
