This home is close to restaurants, ice cream shops and bait stores for all fishing needs. Fishing locations may be found nearby, such as the North and South Jetty, as well as the Venice fishing pier. Our house has everything you need for a great vacation. Inside, you will find new furniture and a beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for your every need. A washer and dryer is also provided. You will find linens, towels and an initial supply of kitchen and bath supplies to get you by until your first trip to the store. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a queen size bed with twin size bunk beds. In the sunroom you will also find a pull out queen size sleeper sofa with gel memory foam mattress. There is also a second bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms and living room are appointed with flat screen TV's with YouTubeTV 100+ channels, and the entire home has high speed wifi. In the backyard you will find seating with patio table and a new stainless steel grill for your every need. There are 6 beach chairs and an umbrella for your beach needs. Two bikes are also provided. This home is located near Legacy Bicycle Trail, several golf courses, beautiful shark tooth beaches, and restaurants.
