Un endroit abordable avec tous ce qu’il faut donc très pratique

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, mais c'est la première fois que nous avons un échange médiocre et désagréable avec la personne responsable de nuit... Échange signalé le lendemain matin mais je ne pense pas que cela a servi grand chose... L'amabilité est vraiment à revoir nous sommes déçu 😔 à voir si nous reviendrons...

房間還行，感覺有點舊，不過還好，方便。服務枱的服務員態度一般

La wifi B’nb n’est toujours pas au top. Par contre la patronne et le personnel , eux , y était. Un p’tit dej digne d’un B’nb hôtel.

The b&b is bare but if you are on a budget is good value for money. Clean room and beds, very nice staff, near to the metro station that takes you to Paris center in 19minutes . The car park is spacious. We didn’t have breakfast there so no comments on that. Would go again if needed

I personally found the hotel to be absolutely fine. It was a perfect distance from Disney Land (15 minute walk to the station, and 20 minutes on the metro) and Paris (Approx 40 minutes on the metro). I would highly recommend Citymapper app to get around. It is a very basic standard room which is what you pay for. We used it for an affordable getaway and it was exactly that! Initially we had some issues, we checked in on the first night late to find the air conditioning was extremely loud and not very affective. The first nights sleep was rough as all contact points were then closed. After this we spoke to the receptionist over the phone and though there english and my french was limited we were moved rooms as soon as we got back and the air conditioning was quiet and affective (very much needed in 34 degrees!) The Breakfast is extremely basic but good quality. Family favourites with croissants and pain au chocolate and fresh bread but the toaster did not work. Fruit and jams as well as yoghurt. A coffee machine and juice and that pretty much sums it up. Ultimately there is a bed to lay on. You can request extra pillows for your preference. The bathroom is a little outdated but everything works as it should and is exactly what we expected when booking :).

First of all, I want to thank Safia from the reception, who was very efficient and helped me in solving a problem I had! I stayed in this hotel for one month, in may 2022. The room was very comfortable, the bed large and soft, the bathroom always clean. Breakfast simple, but good and fresh. If you go by car, the parking is large. Going to Paris centre took me few minutes, because the RER A (chatelet-les halles, auber) is 10 minutes from the hotel (5 if you take a bus).

Its took us almost 40 minutes to check in since there is no one missing reception. We called using self check in machine and they informed us to wait for the reception staff. Rooms were small and outdated. Breakfast was very simple and ok. Positive is you get free parking and near to station.

Hôtel très agréable , accueil avec le sourire . Chambre un peu exiguë mais propre . Petit déjeuner varié . Bon Rapport qualité prix . Vous avez un parking gratuit à disposition ce qui est appréciable . La literie était plutôt bonne avec plusieurs oreillers disponibles

Chambre 209. 2 nuits assez difficiles passées dans cette chambre. Le ménage était fait et là dessus rien à redire. L’accueil a été parfait, le Check In rapide! Les GROS bémols : les joints noircis de la salle de bain, l’eau qui passe sous le rideau de douche , ce qui transforme en pataugeoire la salle de bain. Le lit : literie absolument pas confortable. Pas d’oreiller supplémentaire (ce qui donne 1/pers). Des taches sur les taies. 1 seule petite poubelle dans la salle de bain. La chambre : les murs très fins. Je remercie d’ailleurs le couple qui était réveillé assez tôt (5:30) je suis ravie de les savoir épanouis… comme dit la chanson « les draps s’en souviennent… » mais les murs aussi, croyez moi… Le parking de l’hôtel n’est pas sécurisé, il n’est pas fermé la nuit et vous n’êtes pas certain de trouver une place le soir pour vous garer… La porte de la réception est cassée… vous pouvez rentrer sans code… dommage pour la sécurité des clients. Sinon le personnel a été très discret et gentil… merci à eux…
