I would give it zero stars if I could. I am a Wyndham rewards member and booked a room with my points. They took 7,500 points from my account and also charged me for the room. I have been battling with them for 11 days about this and they keep saying I was not charged for the room. I called by bank to confirm the charge was final and would not be removed without the hotel providing documents then I provided an email with a screen shot of my charges. Just got off the phone with the ”manager” and she continues to insist my card was not charged. I asked her 3 times if she read the email I sent 2 days ago and she finally admitted she had not read it. Now she says she is too busy to deal with it I asked who her boss was and she said she does not have a boss. I asked if she answers to anyone and she said no, she runs the whole hotel. She keeps insisting accounting has no record of my credit card charge. I'm beginning to think she's scamming my money somehow. I've heard of this happening to other people.

Check in was okay but upon arrival to our suite it was disgusting! There was stains everywhere the floor, chairs, walls, curtains, bathroom floor, mirrors. The table was broken and the chairs and carpet under them had been spilled/puked on so much they actually made crunch sounds. When we moved the table chairs we were greeted by mystery goo spewed all down the wall. When we let the front desk know before we ventured out and about we assumed they would rectify the situation and get it cleaned but then upon arrival back we entered to the same mess. The cleanliness is definitely not a priority at this hotel. I have stayed at many holiday in express and this is by far the grossest one. I used to clean hotel rooms and as such know the standards they should uphold and this one definitely is not meeting them. I would not recommend staying here there are other much nicer hotels in the area.

Very clean and modern feeling hotel. Excellent location for Park & Ride drop offs or over night stays being so close to the hotel. They do have a shuttle that runs every half an hour so that’s very convenient. Have a pool, hot tub and a gym. Nice spot to lay your head for a short stay.

Well priced, good location. Generally quiet. Stay here fairly frequently and have yet to have an issue. Good amenities for the cost.
