남 화(Nam Hoa Hotel)

스위트룸은 오해가 있어서 발코니 2개와 수영장 전망이 있는 매우 넓은 객실로 업그레이드받았습니다. 에어컨, 냉장고, 주전자, TV, 선풍기 등 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 좋은 와이파이. Tam coc의 메인 스트리트에 위치해 있지만 조용한 지역에 자리잡고 있습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 형편없습니다.

인생의 호텔은 사진보다 피곤하고 침구가 허름하지만 객실이 넓고 Tam Coc의 위치가 좋고 근처에 카페가 많습니다. 직원은 도움을 주려고 노력하지만 항상 효율적이지는 않습니다. 근처에는 버스, 철도 티켓을 구매하고 운전사와 함께 자동차를 렌트할 수 있는 아주 좋은 여행사가 있습니다. 우리가 호텔에 있었을 때 불이 꺼졌지만 오래 가지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 평범하지만 과일이 많습니다.

가격이 조금 비싸더라도 기본 3성급 호텔로 좋은 곳이지만 위치에 대한 비용을 지불해야 합니다. 객실은 편안하고 넓습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 기본적입니다. 하지만 수영장에서 휴식을 취하실 수 있습니다. 주변 지역은 레스토랑과 바가 많아 좋습니다. 주변을 쉽게 방문하실 수 있습니다.

We were three adults and had booked the triple room but were upgraded to the family room which was huge ! The room is spacious and has a small but balcony too. Bathroom was clean and the ac was powerful. Nhung at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Thank you for upgrading us :) The location of this hotel is amazing - literally steps away from restaurants and bars. Now here are the cons: - There is some construction work going on in the hotel. The wing where the rooms are is a bit of a walk from reception and bf area. - The bf buffet spread wasn’t great and the food, specifically the breads, looked little stale But since our room was great, I would still recommend booking this hotel.

We had a lovely three night stay in this clean family run hotel right in the centre of town. Our bed was comfortable and quiet at night, the shower was hot and the staff were very helpful. We borrowed a couple of bicycles for free on our first day and cycled through the rice paddies. On our second day they arranged a couple of Motorcycles for us for around AU$7 each per day. The buffet breakfast was generous and varied. We enjoyed a swim in the swimming pool. Also had a load of washing done perfectly clean and folded. I recommend staying in this hotel.

A very serviceable and accommodating hotel in an excellent location in Tam Coc. Swimming pool and bike hire were very enjoyable. Bathrooms were nice, rooms were clean and well air conditioned. The reception staff could not have been more helpful if they tried.

The staff are the friendliest, warmest and most generous I’ve met so far. They felt more like friends than employees of the business. Our bedroom was very spacious and with metres of desk space, and plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. The breakfast buffet was varied: eggs, cakes, cucumber, tomatoes and a brilliant range of fresh fruit including Dragon, passion, apple, pineapple and mango. The pool was cool enough but a decent length and catching the sun for several hours a day. And there were even a couple of beautiful butterflies staying there! Manager Dinh and his team made this an outstanding stay! Thank you.

Good Hotel besides the canal! Room: The room was huge enough to accommodate three of us adults.( there were 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds) But the location of the room was in another wing which was a bit far from the reception area.There was no intercom facility to contact the reception/housekeeping and we had to go all the way to the reception to ask for anything.We felt there was some renovation work going on as in the bathroom there was an outlet but bathtub wasn't installed yet.Bathroom was also huge in size.Swimming pool was nice but we couldn't use it due to rains and cold weather.The hotel is big enough but kind of confusing walking inside the buildings through different wings. Service: The staff was courteous and helping but again as there was no intercom we had to go all the way to the reception and call them. Food: The buffet breakfast was good in terms of quality and variety.The spread was also nice. Location: We stayed in this hotel for just 1 night so we couldn't explore nearby areas but we found a small stream/canal with village houses (traditional) behind the hotel compound near swimming pool area and few mountains in the vicinity.Also while leaving the hotel in our tour van we saw cafes and restaurants on the same street as our hotel.

Welcoming hotel with large rooms and friendly service. We arrived in Tam Coc following a long trip from Sapa on the overnight train. Early check in and breakfast was provided at minimal cost. Two large family rooms - one with balcony and one with window. Unfortunately, the room without the balcony smelt terribly of cigarette smoke and after one night we requested a change - this was accommodated without an issue. This appears to be a family run hotel where every effort is made to ensure that guests have everything that they need to have a great experience. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and there was evidence of recent upgrades (new Aircons, new light fittings/ switches) Breakfast was good with fresh eggs and pancakes available to order. The hotel put on a free lunch for our family the day before we left and this was delicious. The pool looked lovely but it was too cold to swim while we were there.
