check in for foreigners took over an hour. and it took longer because the reception only had one computer and were interrupting our check in to help others.
the villa is fairly clean but there was a rotten egg smell each evening.
there are no utensils or crockery except a few drinking glasses... and no cooking equipment if you were planning to cook for yourself.
there was one small bar fridge for a 9 bedroom villa and only seating for 5 in the tv room.
no chairs for the balcony, you have to take from the rooms.
breakfast is limited. there are no other options for cutlery except chopsticks. we skipped breakfast because it's really not appetizing.
it is near to the ancient village to walk and get food and shop in the little stores. western and Chinese food available.
all in all, it's fine if you are planning on eating out for each meal and not socialising in the villa, just a shared place to stay. and be patient with check in.
