We visited Ramada Neemrana during mid December. Stayed for 2 nights on 5th floor. Quality of Delux room room was good and one can have a very good view of the mountain and agricultural lands. Food is also not bad...we had bfast and dinner for 2 days. The initial experience was very good, however the last day bfast was a disaster. Seems the quality of food got compromised due to lack of boarder since it was a Monday morning and hence 3 persons in our group fell sick after consuming the Puri, Poha and Doughnuts....seems carry forward from old stock. Rest of the things were satisfactory including promptness and cleanliness. May be the ***agement should pay attention to maintain the food quality irrespective of volume of guests.

My stay was very amazing with hotel Ramada neemrana staff are very good at behaviour specially Diya at front office she is very cooperative and service is also very good the food is also very good and tasty specially the paneer was too yummy and my stay was sooo nice and I enjoy alot in hotel Ramada neemrana I'm sure that I will go Ramada once again in very soon time and now i will come with my family and my child I hope they also enjoy very much there and otherwise Ramada neemrana must visit there..

Nice place to spend weekend. A small escape from the busy city life to have a perfect family time. The food is really excellent and the staff is really polite and helpful. Facilities like swimming pool and Spa are also good. Can spend time with friends and family

Our 1 day stay on 18th May, observations & experiences 1. NO luggage scan at entry, not sure on the ***datory part, but have seen that in majority of premium hotels 2. The room mini refrigerator was not working and had to be replaced 3, The room we checked in had smell (being closed for a while or air conditioner not working) so had to be given another room 4. At the Breakfast, there was no hotel staff to welcome / allot table/ check number of persons joining the breakfast, a clear control lapse from people actually going for breakfast 5. Air conditioning of the common areas adjacent to pool on 2nd floor and play zone was switched off/ not working.

The stay was very amazing o recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 4 star hotel property for a day and it is very amazing experience. The hotel swiming pool war too big. , service is very fast ,front office team very kind 😁 I definitely visit ..

Staff behavior was awesome. Service are also good... Mr vishal from restaurant he is very kind very humble .... Farha from reception very helpful ..... Ramada property amazing..... .. Sach a very comfortable stay great property for the family .
