Our 1 day stay on 18th May, observations & experiences 1. NO luggage scan at entry, not sure on the ***datory part, but have seen that in majority of premium hotels 2. The room mini refrigerator was not working and had to be replaced 3, The room we checked in had smell (being closed for a while or air conditioner not working) so had to be given another room 4. At the Breakfast, there was no hotel staff to welcome / allot table/ check number of persons joining the breakfast, a clear control lapse from people actually going for breakfast 5. Air conditioning of the common areas adjacent to pool on 2nd floor and play zone was switched off/ not working.
