베데스다 타워 어카머데이션(Bethesda Tower Accommodation)

Lovely, luxurious Guest House in beautiful Nieu Bethesda. My room and bathroom were beautiful and perfectly provisioned - even with gluten free rusks - and refreshed each day. The breakfasts were extremely generous and delicious and varied each day. The locally made sausages were a particular highlight.

Perfect location in the Hub of all the museums and pubs/coffee shops and walkways. Very neat and the staff where very accommodating with providing us with a braai and recommending a place to buy some 'skaap tjoppies'

We had a great, inexpensive stay at the tower in the middle of winter. Gerry and the other staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds have electrical blankets and we were offered our own very clean bathroom facilities. We loved everything about this place, but if you don't want to leave your room to go to the bathroom in the middle of night this is not for you.

Lovely quirky venue, very centrally located. Staff were lovely - warm and friendly. The only issue is that if you are in the lower rooms you can hear the people in the upper room's movements. It didn't bother me, but might bother some.

What a beautiful place to stay. Service - The staff was super friendly. Lovely people Atmosphere - Calm & quiet. It felt like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Area - Walking distance from the Owl House ...and everything else in this quaint little town. Food - BEST BREAD IN THE WHOLE DAMN WORLD. Homemade goodness. Lekker crispy bacon. Full breakfast to fuel the day.

The Tower staff Yvonne, Martin and Felicity were welcoming, helpful and really proud of the venue. Bethesda is a gem and I would stay more than one night next time to get a better feel and explore more of the town and its beautiful surrounds.

The Bethesta Tower is a wonderful unusual place to stay where you sleep in a "sleeping beauty" type tower in a round bed. Just note that your bathroom is not en-suite but is not a problem. Great for a family of 4. Breakfast was a delightful English breakfast served in the art gallery of the museum. Town looks like it comes straight out of 1960 but has some wonderful restaurants to try. Worth a stop (maybe even 2-3 days) on a trip between Joburg and Cape Town.

We received a friendly welcome from Yvonne. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

There is magic staying in a priory or tower! Beautiful rooms, delicious food ( order the dinner and lamb a must!) and warm, friendly hospitality made this a wonderful place to stay. And then dining in a gallery and visiting the iXam heritage museum added to the experience!
