I was invited to this hotel. they said three days before the move that they were friendly. Payment was made within two days. on the day of moving in, when I transported all my things (a whole ton), I was informed that they were not friendly. I tried for several hours to get my money back. everyone was very rude and only after threats did I get my money back. Because of them, I was left homeless and stressed. I don’t advise anyone to deal with these abnormal people. The hotel manager just hung up and refused to talk and was very rude. no one apologized. that's all
