Very friendly staff and beautiful gardens.This hotel is right on the beach great views, Buffet breakfast was great and the facilities were beautiful. Body Massage very nice. I would highly recommend this resort. We were very impressed with our stay!

Stayed here so many times and it just gets better and better. Location is perfect, next to the beach. Great Bathroom, Very clean, and the turndown service etc all very good. We only ate the restaurant once but the food was good, the included breakfast was Buffet style with Egg stations, and while not our favorite way of ding the choice was very good and it was well organized, so all good. We will be back again and again and again, you will not be disappointed I can promise you.

Best hotel to relax, chill and enjoy the weekend with loved ones. Total privacy without unnecessary annoyance. Super pet friendly and very accommodating to our every requests. Went with our friends and their lfour super dogs Staffs are very friendly and super customer oriented. Hotel food is unlike typical hotel foods, delicious and very fairly priced. Overall, it’s a gem in Ngwe Saung.

Facebook's Messenger response was so fast and precise. They fulfilled our request of additional stay within their capacity so we could enjoy another day. We stayed in Deluxe Sea View Bungalow (duel rooms under a single roof). It has a front garden with hammock and we can see the beach beyond the garden. So we could hear the waves but not too loud. After a few steps, we could reach the beach from our room and we could fall asleep in the hammock while listening to the ocean air breeze. The room are spacious and well illuminated by sunlight. You could add two more extra bed into the room if you want. The front space balcony is breezy, blessed by sunlight and we could enjoy the sunset view. We mostly spend our morning time there drinking tea, reading books and doing yoga. Also we had our lunch. Afternoon we opened the front balcony door and let the air entered the room. Then we enjoy our time laying on the room floor, reading and speaking each other. At dinner time, we had dinner while watching the sunset from our balcony. There is a humidifier with a hint of lemon grass installed inside the room so that we could stay fresh. The hotel allows pets but with some limitations so not to disturb the other guests. They could enjoy their time outside stone cool place. We also sat there for some of our evening time to avoid hotness. There were a few mosquitos but they didn't bother us since we closed the door early before sunset and there is a net installed over our bed. 24 hours Electricity (EPC power + Generator). Lanes and beach are well illuminated. Free and good Wifi available at most places. We enjoyed night TV time with sky net. Drinking water can be refilled freely at reception or restaurant. Shower and bathroom water are good. Room is provided with teapot, tea leaves and coffee mix. The pool is clean, and well illuminated under the sun but surrounded by trees so breezy and quite pleased. Depth are arranged so that childern can also enjoy the pool safely. Restaurant food is good. It is beside the pool so you could enjoy the food while watching your children playing in pool. Since the restaurant is surrounded by the trees, the breeze is cool. Spa is also located beside the pool. We mostly had our lunch and dinner at our front balcony. Sometimes at night time, we had dinner and coconut drinks at the seaside bar. There you can enjoy the windy beach with the sound of waves and sand under your feet. Hotel also arrange the special dinner at beach upon your request. The bar place and breakwater are well illuminated throughout the night so you could sing, drink and walk along the beach if you are not up for the sleep and do not want to disturb the neighbors. The beach is clean, no stone, straight and no sudden shore slope towards the sea. There is a net which cover the hotel territory water and life guard is always watching as soon as you hit the water. If you're looking for the hotel where beach mood and fair price, I'd suggest to go Emerald Sea Resord. We'd like to relax after covid pademic. My baby has never been to beach before. So we hope the place to have palm tree , garden, sea view , privacy area , clean and safe for baby . When I found this hotel, I definitely know the place of my criteria. Although some bad reviews has in Facebook, there aren't any inconveniece in our stay. I strongly recommend to stay if you find a great hotel. Thanks Emerald Sea resort for our trip🥰

The time in Emerald resort was very precious and fantastic . All staffs are hospitably and good manner and respect to all the guest. The environment is green, peaceful ,clean and privacy to the guest. Housekeeping, room service are the best. The most I like is pet friendly, we had a lot of fun time and made valuable memories for us. We will definitely stay again at Emerald sea resort if we visit Ngwe Saung beach.

If you are looking for a hotel with nice food and Sea view, put this hotel under your consideration. I stayed at special sea view and the experience is beyond satisfaction. You can feel the sea breeze in front of the room and can feel the freshness. The food is way too good and worth it. 100% recommend if you are looking for a quite place to take a rest

This Emerald Resort Ngwe Saung is my very first 5 stars review given in Among Myanmar Hotels so far. We, My family had a wonderful experience at this Emerald Sea resort. On site staffs were super friendly. And Thank you "Ma Hnin Su" the reservation office(Yangon) and team. She is very professional, willing to help any enquiry and requested, Much Appreciated. Truly Amazing you guys!!! The resort sees a lot of plants and green, gives a feeling of living in middle of tropical forest that makes me breeze away not only beach vibe. Believe me this is super combo who really wants to souls rest. Very great location like in a middle of along beach. They have a beach-Guard security at front of hotel beach area. Ngwe Saung, sometime there is current waves due to weather. That is really helpful in security of life if you are swimming with kids or pets or family. My family feels very secured and don't feel any uncomfortable looks by Guard security. Swimming pool is not infinity one but big enough wide. Good to chill out and bar area is step-away nearby for your order while enjoy pool. We stayed two nights in Upper floor Balcony 301 & Garden View Bungalow 104. TBH, Hard to say this resort rooms are very high quality facilities if u expect like super Big Smart TV but very comfortable sleep on our stays without noises. Price to performance expectation meets for me, my family as well. These are below two others things little needs improvement if I like to put ons: WiFi- good speed but not stable all the time Breakfast - English Breakfast Nice, but would be better more variety of choices in buffet The last not least, Very Strongly recommended for family who travelling with pets.
