Premier Inn Newcastle Under Lyme

Me, my partner and our three month old stayed the night after my partners dance competition and we had a wonderful experience thankful to the lady behind the desk - Rosie. She was very kind, understanding and helpful and the customer service she provided was a 10/10

A clean comfortable room with a decent shower. Standard free WiFi is poor. £5 to upgrade to an acceptable WIFI. Continental breakfast was good. Room temperature was fine at this time of year but no air conditioning would be an issue in the summer.

We booked for two nights in a family room which was very good. We booked the cooked breakfast option for us all. Once at the hotel we booked dinner for 8pm. We got seated immediately at 8pm and ordered our food. At 9.25pm we had to go find a member of staff where our food was! Arrived at 9.35pm overcooked and warm. Needless to say we never booked for the next night.

Weekend buffet breakfast was great but Monday breakfast was reheated food which was meant to be cook to order. Will never pay for Monday breakfast again.

Lovely quiet hotel. Check in is very quick and always organised. Rosie was very welcoming and happy to help. Good car park and nothing is too much to ask for, gave directions for nearby shop and asks about my weekend and days at work which is nice when working away from home

The hotel was really clean, there was absolutely no fault with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite, particularly Alex. He was very approachable and spoke to me and other of members of staff respectfully. I will definitely be staying at the hotel again! Thank you Alex and team

Very good service clean and food very good definitely be coming back. All of thr staff were very polite and respectable.

This review is mainly for Rosie, I am relocating with work and stayed in the hotel for a long period of time, Rosie has gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need from a clean and comfortable room to the local spots to look for things, she is an amazing edition to the team and I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for me in this time! The hotel is clean at all times, good size car park, but Rosie is the reason I’d return.

Usual standard of Premier Inn room, with excellent drinks and meal courtesy of the very professional, capable and friendly Tammy in the Brewer's Fayre bar and restaurant. Fast and efficient service with a smile. Will no doubt return soon.
