My partner and I stayed for the second time this year; surely return custom implies a lot. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Reception staff are the masters of multitasking as they serve behind the bar in the evenings. The only issue my partner and I would flag, is there no clarity as to how you get your room serviced by housekeeping, we have asked both time but the message doesn't appear to get through to housekeeping. This stay we asked for additional towels (2) which were in our room when we returned, but the bed which we'd like to have remade, was as we'd left it in the morning.

First time here at this Premier Inn (Millennium Bridge) first impression was nice place easy to find and parking was fine no problems plenty parking spaces (Friday afternoon 3pm arrived). When entering reception the receptionists were very friendly and polite and helpful. The room we were in was room 11 on same floor as reception which was very clean and tidy and overlooking the Quay Side. Didn’t find no problems with sleeping and no noise from the other people staying here (coming back from the night out) Had breakfast what was nice also on the night had dinner which again was nice only downfall was didn’t have any Gammon but instead had Sirloin streak which was nice and ample portions too. The bar had plenty selection shame didn’t have any Newcastle Brown (lol) But overall would recommend this Premier Inn and would be back in near future.

The staff at this Premier Inn were absolutely wonderful—I really feel for them having to work in such poor conditions. Unfortunately, this was the worst Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed in. While the staff kept it as clean as possible, the hotel itself is in a terrible state. The radiator was falling off the wall, the bath was covered in mould, the windows were filthy, the bathroom floor was unstable, and the mixer shower didn’t work properly. On top of that, the plaster on the walls was falling off. There were even more issues beyond this! It’s clear the hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and refurbishment. Worse Premier Inn I have ever stayed in!! Hotel was more like a hostel. Had no lights in the room working bath was leaking water had maintenance up, sparks coming for a light fitting (very dangerous with two young children), hot water was luke warm, waited for nearly 50 mins for dinner when restaurant was empty and had pre booked which made us late for the theatre. The view was alright of the river and bridge, room lay out was bad, TV couldn't be watched from the main bed hair dyer no where near a mirror. wont stay at this premier inn again!

So I went for a weekend with a friend. The staff recommend a car park which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I drive to the car park and there is no where identifying the price of parking just a machine that you present your card to allow you to check in, you are automatically checked out at 6pm, but this is not clear, and its expected that you check back in again by 8am the next day. How unhelpful is this your on a night out and expected to get to your car to check back in by 8am. Money making con by Newcastle City Council. I would highly recommend that staff and the Premier Inn assist anyone using the car park to prevent a fine. Suggestion instead of just handing over a slip of paper with the postcode of the car park add some additional advice especially if you know that the customer is staying more than one night. Be helpful. Apart from the parking issues the hotel was very good and accessible to the town.

Decided to meet up with daughters and their husbands and our son to see my 86 year old mother. We booked rooms at Premier Inn Quayside, somewhere we have been to and love. Having seen my mother and spent time with her, we booked a meal deal for all 7 - evening meal and full breakfast next morning. The selection of foods available and drinks were unbelievable to our sons in law but they were included in the price (even with a supplement for some foods). The people who. Served us; Morgan, Jack and Paul was second to none. Allowed and helped us move tables so we could all sit together. Nothing was trouble. Our enjoyment and comfort was their objective. Paul - Premier Inn Paul as we know him as - was as always, there to answer any queries. His wide and comprehensive knowledge of what drinks and food items were available on the menu. This helped with choice of food and even explaining what was in some foods, so each one got exactly what they wanted and not something that would spoil their meal. We later met up with my brother and his partner in the bar area, and again, no issue with table arranging to enable us to be in close proximity to each other. A great place and met all our needs. Our daughters and son in law loved our time and the very spacious and bright rooms. Great place to be when visiting Newcastle and having the buzzing and scenic tyne area day and night, the Quayside Premier Inn is the place to book and stay.
