Premier Inn Newcastle City Centre (Quayside)

보일러는 우리 방 옆에 있었고 우리를 밤새도록 지켰습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 뜨거운 물은 차가워지기 전에 샤워를 한 번도 할 수 없었습니다! 문틀에서 껌을 발견하여 방이 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다.

그래서 00.36입니다. 악취와 영하의 온도 때문에 방을 옮겨달라고 요청해야 했습니다. 새 방이 주어지면 방의 키 카드가 작동하지 않기 때문에 이제 20분 동안 여기에 서 있었습니다. 나중에 접수처로의 3번의 여행…손가락이 교차했습니다. 전혀 감동하지 않았습니다.

I have been here several times. Just near tyne briedge and tyne river. Few minutes from everything, milenium briedge, the market on saturdays, the Pitch and piano the baltic art centre and nothumberland street. Absolutely a perfect location.

Nice hotel, great price, had a top floor room with nice views of the river. Had a fantastic stay and would consider returning.

Rooms require re curb, internet rubbish, would not stay again until I know the rooms had been upgraded

We were weary after reading all the reviews but were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We checked in early to a family room on the second floor with an amazing quayside view. The room was very clean, no issues with any noise, the bathroom is dated but no complaints except that it could use a good deep clean (around the tub area). Daniel, at the reception was great and gave us suggestions for our short stay in Newcastle as well.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a family room which were nice and spacious. Room for a double bed, single and there was a fold out guest bed. This was really uncomfortable for my 11 year old daughter as she could feel the springs. The bathroom was small and very dated and in need of a deep clean. Can see that the corners get missed out when cleaning! This premier inn is in a fantastic quayside location and we had a room looking out quayside. Our room was on the 4th floor and nice and quiet which was good. Breakfast was nice and plenty of options and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Overall this is in need of an upgrade but as a quick stop over was perfect for our needs and so reasonable. Would I come back? Doubt it but only because I enjoy travelling to different places.

Don’t bother going , it’s really worn down and we had to move rooms because the air con was broken and the lights weren’t working ( the main one) and so we went to reception who were very good about it so they gave us a new room with a view of the river which had a very mouldy bath and was very loud although not the hotels fault and so could not have a bath

A standard Premier Inn, good location, room was ok, parking underneath the hotel, my only issue is they say you can check in early from 11am but can't guarantee it, which means you can travel there and arrive at 11am only to be told it's still a 3pm check in!
