크라운 플라자 뉴캐슬 - 스티븐슨 쿼터 후기

중국인에게 객실 유형을 할당하면 예약 기준이 낮아집니다. 객실 위생 상태가 매우 열악하고, 시설도 보통 수준이며, 서비스도 열악할 뿐만 아니라, 누군가 방에 들어와서 무슨 일인지 물어볼 정도까지 이르게 됩니다. 여전히 방이 강제로 열려 있어 방 안에 있던 5세 아이를 더욱 당황하게 만든 것은 이 상황을 프런트에 신고한 후에도 해결되지 않았을 뿐만 아니라 문을 강제로 열어준 사람도 없었다는 점이다. 문을 열었고 우리가 다른 프론트 데스크 직원에게보고하는 것을 허용하지 않았으며 자신이 중국인 매니저라고 주장했습니다! 이런 환경과 서비스를 갖춘다면 아직도 크라운 플라자 호텔이라고 부를 수 있을까요? 입주를 앞둔 친구들에게 드리는 진심 어린 선물입니다. 신중하게 선택하세요, 간단합니다~~.

위치가 매우 좋고 깨끗하고 방음이 잘 되어 있어서 정말 좋은 숙박 경험이었습니다. 앞으로 뉴캐슬에 오면 꼭 다시 여기 올 거예요. 웨이터들의 태도도 너무 좋아요. 매우 좋은

절대 사기입니다. 날짜를 변경하기 위해 체크인 시간 전에 전화했음에도 불구하고 그들은 내 카드에 요금을 청구했습니다. 나는 이 회사를 다시는 사용하지 않을 것이며 사기를 재현하기 위해 백만 명이 넘는 팔로어가 있는 소셜 미디어를 사용할 것입니다. 또한 신용카드 회사에 사기 행위를 신고할 예정입니다.

Excellent location, very near to the train station. Places to eat and see were a short walk away from the hotel. The Angel of north was a 15 min drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great too! We had an amazing time using the spa facilities aswell. Would definitely recommend

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was exactly what we wanted. The room & facilities were excellent and a most comfortable bed ( always a must) Room service was prompt Change of towels excellent 👌 The hotel buzzes with people traveling in & out. All in all we loved our stay both with the hotel & the staff.

Hotel was lovely. We got room upgraded as it was our anniversary. The room was clean but it has an awful odor in the room. Smelt sour like split milk Or might have been sick.

I had 4 suites booked. A 21st birthday and 40th on the same day. Happy with the location and what was available in the hotel. But. Bar was closed early, bathrooms were good but grouting was a little under kept and my biggest disappointment was breakfast. Took nearly 40mins for an eggs Benedict. Was a bit disappointed with that due to the amount I spent on rooms. Sorry for the critical feedback, other than those few bits. Parking was easy, check in time great, staff good.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location for a short stay for sightseeing and close to the railway station. Friendly helpful staff in the restaurant, spa and pool area and spacious modern rooms with all amenities.

Fab hotel, great location and facilities. Iv taken a star off for cleanliness as the floor we were on smelt of damp but was being treated by maintenance

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean and the breakfast was superb. The location was very good. We were very satisfied with everything. One thing that we need to point out was the politeness of one of the receptionists at the hotel. We were not treated politely, which was disappointing considering the standard of the hotel. But everything was nice. I suppose it wasn't directly related to the hotel, but it was just that specific staff member that did not not really meet the standard of an IHG hotel.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. And could not , not recommend it enough. However the staff are really nice
