로얄 스테이션 호텔 - 파트 오브 더 캐언 컬렉션 후기

호텔은 중앙에 위치하며 기차역과 시내 중심가 옆에 있으며 카펫과 샹들리에가 고급스러워 보입니다. 방은 꽤 넓었지만 창문은 단일 유리로 단열이 잘되지 않았기 때문에 외풍이 들어오고 철도에서 약간의 소음이있었습니다 (그렇게 크지는 않았지만). 방의 주요 소음은 종이로 된 얇은 벽에서 나왔고 다른 모든 침실에서 모든 것을들을 수있었습니다. 스프링 매트리스가 끔찍하게 불편했지만 침실 크기는 좋았습니다. 침실을 여는 카드는 내가 건네주었을 때 자기가 없어졌다가 다음 날 다시 자기가 없어졌다. 호텔 직원은 같은 날 저녁 문 아래에 새 카드 세트를 넣어주겠다고 약속했지만 그런 일은 일어나지 않았습니다. 우리는 수영장이나 다른 시설을 사용하지 않았으므로 그것에 대한 나의 의견을 말할 수 없습니다. 순전히 침실과 침실의 편안함을 고려하면 호텔이 가격만큼 고급스럽거나 하지는 않습니다.

Great hotel which has kept it's grandeur. The room was spotless and the decor was minimalistic which was in keeping with hotel. It was a great price and I will stay again. Staff were friendly.

Stayed in this hotel for a one night business trip stay over. If you’re looking for something with a little character this is a great place to stay . Central Newcastle , right next to the central train station and Metro entrance, a little bit of elegance. A lovely entrance foyer ( decorated with an amazing Chris**as tree) with large chandeliers and helpful staff at check in. Finding my room was a bit of an adventure , but part of the charm of a historic building . My room was clean , quiet , mini fridge , kettle and tea/coffee , tv , surprisingly good bathroom and comfortable bed. I had a good English breakfast in the morning , and again the staff were lovely. I thought it was very good value , and I would stay again .

Xmas shopping trip...excellent location for the train station and metro..into town centre. Breakfast excellent staff very friendly..definitely booking again

Booked for two rooms for 6 people only to be told no was a double bed one single while booking you verified it was 4 single beds in each room one of the staff was quick to acknowledge give us two rooms with 3deperste beds but unfortunate they were in attic no lifts to these floors we are all over 55-74 we struggled up down stairs when went down to complain got no satisfaction from a desks Clark rude and uncaring do t know who’s fault it is about booking trip. Com saying was 3 single beds or royal station confirmed they can provide this but made our stay very tiring uncomfortable and exhausting in heat

Situated adjacent to Newcastle Central Station is this rather magnificent old hotel. Although the decor is dated and old , it has some beautiful architectural qualities to the building. 2 magnificent glass chandeliers suspended from the upper floor all the way down the incredible staircases. My room was old , but very comfortable and very clean, although a little warm. I slept with the window open which was fine. Breakfast in the morning was a mix of cereal, buffet fried English and bread/croissants. It was absolutely delicious and the staff serving tea/coffee very attentive. The breakfast room/bar area is very pleasant. I did nit pay much for my room/ breakfast so my expectations were modest at best, but were exceeded in every way. Well done to all the staff! Location is also brilliant for a night out on the toon!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, offering recommendations and helping us with directions. The food in the restaurant was gorgeous, and the room we stayed in was very nice and had everything we needed plus more we weren't expecting! The only thing I disliked was having a nightclub so close as it was very loud but the hotel did have ear plugs which helped a lot!

Rats in room and hotel done nothing to sort this i had to ask them for change room and then the next room window was riddled with mould and when try open window there was a walkway in front of window so all cud see in my bedroom diabolical wrote to hotel direct but no one contacted me to sort this mess out

古老式酒店, 位置極佳就在火車站旁, 因老舊建築,沒空調整, 經一番交涉勉強取得風扇, 但仍然熱到晚上無法入睡。 出入浴缸容易滑倒,很危險。早餐勉強充飢,乏善可陳。若再次造訪一定不考慮這家了。

Super comfortable and convenient location, right in the city centre. Room was clean and well equipped, the beds were very comfortable You have to pay for parking, which is unfortunate, limited carpark. Special thanks to Georgina from the front desk, the other young lady who checked us was grumpy with a poor abrupt attitude.

Generally excellent stay but room was unbearably warm. However in fairness as the window doesn’t open there was a fan available but it needed to be on all the time when in the room. Not sure if all rooms are the same
