알로조 스튜디오 온 킹(Alloggio Studios on King)

Great location, easy remote operated check in service. Communal area presented well. The lift worked to go upwards from ground to level one, but it wasn’t functioning when we left (downwards function from level one to ground). Room 1 - upon entering had a horrible dirty shoe smell. It has a major shower drainage problem where the fall of the shower floor runs into the room, possibly over time water on the carpet is causing the constant smell. The hand basin drain was also blocked. The renovation was modern, however the wear and tear is now evident. Could do with a bond clean and some maintenance. The ratings could improve easily if maintenance and cleanliness were addressed because the service and location are great.

내가 아파트를 예약했다는 인상을 받았습니다. 방에 냉장고와 전자레인지를 놓는다고 해서 아파트가 되는 것은 아닙니다. 방은 더러웠고, 욕실은 청소되지 않았습니다. 주차장을 찾으려고 45분 동안 한 블록을 돌아다니는 일을 시작하지 마세요. 행사장에는 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 2시간 후에도 에어컨이 계속 꺼지고 스마트 TV 리모컨이 작동하지 않았습니다. 크리키한 마루판. 유일한 좋은 점은 편안한 침대였습니다. 건물에 접근하는 방법에 대한 잘못된 지침과 방에 들어가는 방법에 대한 더 나쁜 지침

The place is filthy dirty. The room I have stinks of cigarette smoke. The carpet sticks to my feet. There are dents and holes in the wall. The front door lock plays up and won't let you in... just bad

Best thing was good location. My room was clean, but hallways were dirty and stained. Weird hotel. No reception. You have to get a code to get in. Write it down if you are out and about and if your phone goes flat best of luck. Expensive for cutting costs hotel. Would not stay again.

One roll of toilet paper for a two week booking. When you request your sheets or towels changed they refuse. You have to empty your own bins with no fresh bags. Room had prison cell vibes with a terrible view of a back alley. Also found someone’s left behind BDSM chains down the side of the desk that the cleaners (if they exist) missed. Location is the only semi redeeming factor.

It’s ok. Obviously not a covid safe hotel. Very grubby. WiFi excellent. Codes for all doors. Annoying. Noisy. Hear everyone walking in hall way and in next rooms. Traffic noise rather loud. Lobby (no reception) smells like pizza from next door!

My recommendation is: Do not even contemplate ever staying at this Nasty, Filthy cockroach infested noisy dump. Staff did not care, wifi did not work after repeated requests to the invisible management.

Wrong code for the Front entry door was sent to me via SMS. Fortunately, I arrived at 16.30 & somebody was in the communal area and let me in. Apparently, I was the 5th person who has been given a wrong code. What would have happened if I arrived at 10 pm? I would have been locked out and slept on the street? Studio is advertised for 2 people. It would have been a tight squeeze, and nowhere to sit but on the bed. Fortunately, my friend did not come. There was only 1 broken chair in the room (yet the studio is for 2 people) The chair was broken, the lift mechanism did not work and the chair stayed low. It was also dirty. The carpet in the room was stained and could do with a proper clean. TV - no manual provided. It took a while to work out how to get a simple ABC news channel. the other “smart” TV availability could not be logged on because of lack of the manual. Cutlery, plates and bowls provided for 2 but no sharp knife to cut e.g. a tomato or similar.No T.towel, washing up liquid, sponge provided to do wash up. A little wooden box with 4 T-bags and few international coffee sachets, NOT enough for 2 people for 2 days. It was not replenished during my stay Shower - the small hand-held shower head leaks from the hose. There is a big overhead shower head, but not usable if you don’t want to wet your hair. Microwave in the fridge is a bonus, so is the little fridge. Bed linen clean & crispy, so were the towels.
