시내에 있고 근처에 먹을거리도 많고 매우 편리합니다 뉴캐슬대학교도 도보로 2분거리입니다. 호텔에는 자체 체육관이 없습니다. 외부 공용 체육관까지 10분 정도 걸어야 하지만 체육관에는 다양한 장비가 갖춰져 있습니다. 피트니스를 좋아한다면 여기에서 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.

아름다운 위치. 9일 바는 그만한 가치가 있었습니다. 훌륭한 직원. 저녁 식사는 비용을 고려하면 실망스러웠지만, 전망은 훌륭했습니다. 객실은 정말 세심하게 배려되어 있습니다. 업그레이드 비용을 지불했음에도 불구하고 객실은 좋았지만 전망은 주차장이었습니다. 😔 우리 자신을 망치기에는 좋았지만 다시는 돌아가지 않을 것입니다.

방은 1층에 있었어요. 밤에는 십대들의 소음. 매시간 벨이 울립니다. 위치는 훌륭하지만 서비스는 좋지 않습니다.

Absolutely great memories with my partner for the first time in Newcastle at Crystalbrook Kingsley. Friendly staffs and luxurious hotel and clean. Nice location and good for sight seeing around the city.

They charged my credit cards fee time and never sent me the receipt as they advised when I checking out. I have called 5 times and still not yet get the receipt.

Great location for this little city, services was excellent

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of the city, and street side parking is for free. The rooms are newly renovated and the designs are very stylish. Recommended.

Had a great overnight stay at Crystalbrook. The hotel is done and really takes advantage of the unique building it’s housed in. The rooms are immaculate with all mod cons and the bar on level 9 has an awesome view across Newcastle. Will definitely return when I’m next in Newcastle.

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected, but nice and cosy. There are tissues on the floor inside the room upon arrival. Shower water pressure is low and drainage is not very quick. Otherwise, very good location, close to city, beach and light rail. The room rate is not value for money.

When we made our booking, the website stated that breakfast would cost $25 per adult and would be free for children. However, upon arrival, we were told that the price had increased to $35 per adult, and that children would now be charged half price — without any prior notice of this change on the website. Additionally, the parking fee of $50 per night was not mentioned at the time of booking, and the car park was full when we arrived. There were also some basic amenities missing in the room, such as napkins, plates, and cutlery, which we expected to be provided.

A great location, clean and a really lovely style. The building is unique with its curves and they’ve made great use of the space. A great design. Friendly and quick check in and check out.

we loved the stay and it was our first time as we travelled from sydney. Room was tidy and clean love the amenities provided just dnt like one thing that on our checkin time we were not informed about extra charges for the use of mini bar as we paid $300 thought its included and other thing i didn't get my security deposit back yet that should be released as we checked out as per policy overall was a good stay very comfortable bed we had a very good sleep cozy and quite love to visit again soon.❤️❤️
