Premier Inn Newark

スタッフさんはどなたも親切でフレンドリー。とても感謝しています。残念な点は冷蔵庫がない事、そして、部屋はとても綺麗に保たれてましたが、２日目の夜中に痒くて目が覚め、確認しましたら虫に刺されていました。2ヶ所くらいだったので、そこまでに気にしませんでしたが、3日目の夜はあちこちにブツブツができて今も痒いです… バスルームも綺麗だったので、なぜなのか… 一度部屋をチェックして頂きたいです。

We were in Newark for a friends 50th. Booking was easily done online. We arrived after the party so it was late but the reception staff had everything ready. The room was great, we all slept well in a family room. Lovely refreshing showers in morning followed by fantastic buffet breakfast. Parking was no problem and the location was very easy to find from the A1 and it's right next to the station

The hotel is very convenient for access to the A1 road and to the Newark Show Ground. The bedroom is fresh and clean and it is such a comfy bed. The hotel is well served for food with a Beefeater and a McDonalds adjacent. Plenty of parking on site. A pleasure to stay here.

Shannon is an absolute hero, was super friendly at check in and really helpful when we needed a bit of assistance in the evening. Convenient location for the wedding we were attending, there's a Beefeater next door which is an easy enough dinner.

Everything as expected at your regular Premier Inn apart from the McDonald's deliveries that can arrive at any time during the night and take around 90 minutes to conduct. Zero respect for sleeping customers. According to reception this can happen anytime through the night and there's nothing they can do. My experience was to fall asleep at 930 to be awoken at 1030, to experience crashing and banging for the next 1.5 hours. This can happen up to 3am I'm lead to believe and there is nothing staff at Premier Inn can do. Avoid if you want to sleep - everything else standard.

Requested early check in so arrived just after 11am to be advised it was not available due to guests attending a wedding the evening before not wanting to check out. After travelling over 5 hours this was rather disappointing as we were unable to get freshened up or changed before attending the event we were in the area for. Then when we did check in later that evening found we only had 1 set of towels for a couple & again the excuse about the busy evening the evening before was given. My issue… not as the service should be granted on every occasion. We also went for breakfast upon arrival & this has gotten to be the worst Premier Inn breakfast we have ever experienced. Also the 1st time ever had we to pay upfront before being taken to our table. No orange juice, no muffins & a shortage of selection for everything else’s was shocking. The restaurant was dark & dingy & could certainly do with a refresh on the decor. This will definitely not be my choice of hotel or restaurant for future visits to Newark area.

I paid top dollar for this room because it was convenient. Only one receptionist but luckily I got there before the big queues. Room was cold and the heating was slow. The heating took the room up to the temperature I wanted then went off, it didn't keep it at the temperature. Free wifi didn't work although there was a 'premium' wifi option which presumably you have to pay for. Road noise.

Stayed at this Premier Inn for business. Usual Premier Inn standards one has come to expect. Lady who checked me in was very bubbly and helpful. Didn’t eat evening meal but had breakfast in the restaurant which was lovely. Over a great stay and will be back.

I've stayed here a few times and it's always a pleasure staying. Parking can get a little busy at times but there is additional parking at the back of the hotel. Helpful staff and clean tidy rooms. Thanks Sara my room was immaculate and I enjoyed the Twix immensely. Keep up the good work.
