Prudential center에서 열리는 콘서트를 보기위해 1박을 예약했어요 한국의 모텔 수준이지만 청결하고 위치또한 마음에 들었습니다!

그저 그렇습니다. 뉴어크 공항에는 꽤 자주 운행하는 셔틀이 있는데, 이 셔틀은 United라는 호텔에서 공유하고 있는데 운전사는 아무 말도 하지 않았습니다. 그는 유나이티드 입구까지 내려가서 줄을 서서 잘못된 움직임을 발견했습니다. 기본적으로 서비스가 존재하지 않습니다. 새 시트와 이불 커버를 보내달라고 요청했지만 오지 않았습니다.

객실은 깨끗하고 현대적이며 아담했지만 가구는 많지 않았습니다. 펜 스테이션 뉴어크역으로 가는 경우 위치는 괜찮습니다. 도보로 약 6분 거리입니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 호텔 셔틀 서비스였습니다. 빠르고 효율적이어서 비행기 시간에 맞춰 도착할 수 있어 마음 편했습니다.

뉴어크 펜 스테이션에서 10분 거리에 있는 좋은 호텔이며, PATH 열차를 타고 맨해튼 세계무역센터(WTC)로 가기에도 편리합니다. 근처에 홀푸드 마켓이 있습니다.

Room Cleaning fabulous, Restaurant staff great, Courtesy Coach great. However Desk staff didn’t want to know. No help. Bathroom fan in Room 410 makes a heck of a noise all the time, and can’t be switched off. I reported this to the reception desk but nothing was done about it and no feedback from them.  The breakfast at the deli 30 yards away is top, but the breakfast in the hotel is overpriced.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, but the customer service could definitely be improved. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming, and I often had to approach them for help with basic requests rather than receiving proactive assistance. Even basic necessities like drinking water were not provided on time and required repeated requests. For a hotel, these are simple things that should be handled promptly. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but a more welcoming attitude and better attention to guests’ basic needs would greatly improve the experience.

My stay was good, my husband and I thought it was clean and the service was great we will definitely stay again.

There was nothing particularly bad or good about this stay. The hotel is just average - ok lobby, ok furnishings, ok level of cleanliness. Desk staff weren't particularly friendly but weren't rude either. Room was a little dated and adequately clean; some need for updates. Very loud noises from heating and cooling system made it difficult to sleep. Apparently this is an issue throughout the hotel. Good location in downtown Newark and shuttle service to airport is a plus.

I booked two rooms for the weekend of the big snowstorm, January 23–25, for a comedy show at NJPAC. The location was perfect, and I was scheduled to check out on Sunday, 1/25/26. Due to the snow, my train at Newark Penn Station was canceled, so I needed to extend my stay for an additional night. The young lady on duty on 1/24 and 1/25 told me the hotel was completely booked and suggested I go down the street to their sister hotel, the DoubleTree. She didn’t offer to make any calls or try to help in any way. Whatever happened to customer support, where the on-duty clerk would make an effort to assist? She did nothing, and I was stuck. I will never book at that hotel again.

I stayed at TRYP by Wyndham Newark Downtown on a Tuesday night and overall had a good experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, an easy walking distance to Newark Penn Station, which makes getting around extremely convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property feels well-maintained. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower, which was noticeably weak. Everything else worked well, but stronger water pressure would make the stay much better. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay in Newark, especially if you need quick access to Penn Station.
