酒店硬件設施不錯，衞生環境均屬一般，房間飄窗處衞生不好，有前面客人遺留的雜物未清理。服務管理方面存在問題：1.某一無德客人從前一天晚上自第二天早上近九點佔用酒店唯一的洗衣房烘乾機，我從早上7點多開始到八點多三次聯繫前台解決問題，直到近9點才解決。2.酒店早餐間客人與酒店員工共用，8點04分時發現酒店一黑衣女員工直接用手在餐盤裡拿食物吃，頓時沒有了食慾！

工作人員熱情專業，房間整潔舒適且智能化設施貼心，客房阿姨也很貼心打掃的很細節很乾凈。比我之前去過的電競酒店都好很多，不論是環境還是配置，亦或者是服務都好的沒話説。
