스튜디오 인 뉴욕(Studios in New York)

The location is worth every penny! You are so close to everything! The pictures are a bit deceiving. The rooms are not that big but still a great stay!

We feel that were deceived and lied. Stay away from this place. There are mice all over the place. Disliked · There was nothing to be liked about this place. We were six people and I has asked several times before if the place suits six guests. The contact person said it fits. There were three queen beds, however she did not say that we could barely open our trolleys. Every time one of us needed to open his/her trolley the other members of the family could not move around. Besides, there were mice running around the room (see picture with paper towels), the towels stink and there was no proper window near the air conditioner unit (see window with duct tape) but a piece of hard plastic instead of the window which was detached from the window so it was very cold. The bathroom is made of plywood inside one of the corners (see picture of bathroom) of the unit so no privacy at all. The whole corridor stinks and the landlord asked us why the room was stinking before checking the possibility of the huge amount of "small" units spread all over the place. Since there are small units all over the place, there are noises all the time of people walking around. The floor under the beds was filthy and the amenities were of poor quality. If I had known this place is meant for young people who does not care about cleanliness, noise or mice I would never book a place like this. We could afford better places.

For the amount of money to stay here (over $3k for a week) you would anticipate cleanliness and no roaches. Well, there were roaches in the lobby and laundry room. Scary 😦 Upon arrival, it was over an hour trying to find someone to store my luggage since early check in cost more money. I will say Yulia, my host, was somewhat responsive and I didn't complain to her as i never saw roaches in my room. However, There are no amenities. There isn't someone there to assist me at all times. It's basically a very expensive hostel. I will not be returning.

The property was by far one of the nicest and included everything one would need to live comfortably for a short period of time. Kudos are in order.

It was very convenient to downtown Manhattan. The parking was very stressful, but very close to the apartment. It is on the same street. The parking attendant was not American so very hard to understand. We had a good trip though.

The place is very clean. People very friendly

La mejor es la ubicación, en el centro y cerca de todo. Además bien conectado con el transporte público. Zona tranquila. Fuimos cinco hombres y entramos bien, pero reconozco que la habitación es pequeña y las camas tipo queen (135cm) son algo pequeñas si duermes con otro hombre ancho. Pero son cómodas. La habitación en si estaba limpia pero se notaba algo antigua y con bastante uso. Teníamos una pequeña ventana. Cocina pequeña pero perfecta para los desayunos/ comidas. Si vas a hacer más vida en la habitación quizás este no sea tu lugar, si en cambio solo la vas a usar para desayunar, ducharte y dormir, no tendrás problemas.

Piccolo monolocale in ottima posizione!! Un po' rumoroso (non tanto per il traffico, ma per gli impianti nel bagno), ma gestiscono la situazione fornendo dei tappi direttamente nella camera. Lo consiglio, soprattutto a chi ha pochi giorni a disposizione e vuole godersi la città senza perdere tempo in spostamenti.
