不好，很不友好，沒能入境巴哈馬，沒有入住，也不能退款，很不好，很不好，這個國家很不友好，有錢也不要來這裏旅遊，很不好，噁心的國家

The British Colonial is an amazing property! It is located at the heart of downtown Nassau. Everything is walking distance. You can walk to all the shops, to the fish fry and senior frogs and the location where all the boat charters are located. The staff here is so professional, extremely friendly and very helpful. 10/10 stars

The renovation is excellent - good pool area nice beach great lobby . Staff are very friendly and very responsive . Really enjoyed the hotel . There are still a few teething issues being 1. The room still had a terrible fishy smell which did stayed for the entire 4 nights 2. The air conditioning in the room is not fully working and would not go below 71. They said this has to do with the central system but do need to resolve . If they solve this two issues would absolutely stay at the hotel again

A all around 5 stars experience from the door attendant to the concierge to the management team. This is the place to stay in the Nassau area. Walkable to downtown, fish fry and a great beach to enjoy.

The staff was wonderful and the pool was warm. That being said I would not go back for many reasons. The air conditioner would not go below 70 and it shut itself off if there was no motion near it for a period of time, I had to get up 7 times one night to walk by the thermostat. There is no hot tub. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery and the shower leaked onto the floor rather severely. It is a cashless property and though I know that is getting to be the way of the world I abhor it. I was unable to get change on the property for tipping purposes, causing great frustration. Four drinks at the bar cost about 80 dollars, this was unexpected. We had to wear bracelets which served as room keys and a means to operate the elevator for the whole time we were there as once they were on they were not removable, it felt like some kind or work release program. I found the rates to be high. The drawers were sort in the back so your things can fall through into the furniture at which point there is almost no way to get them back out. There was no microwave. We were awakened by a very loud band at 2AM one night, it was not on property but maybe they could have provided warning and earplugs. At the end of the day I am not likely to go back to downtown Nassau where you can get a small fountain soda for about 8 dollars and a rather bland excursion for 300 per person but still should hesitate to walk down the street, however if I do I won't likely be staying at the British colonial.

I like the location..the hotel was brand new rooms are fairly decent I did not like that it was a cashless hotel the hot water was horrible had to take a shower in lukewarm water

Lovely hotel- great staff ( Christopher,Fay,Katerina,Joel and Maleka) - small and clean beach- recommend cappuccino with oa**eal at the coffee shop- However if like us you like to sleep with the windows open you may be disturbed by the noise from nearby nightclubs and overnighting cruise ships Long story short,highly recommend

Most of the time the pool or other parts of the property was shutdown for photography shot for the advertisement. Which we all had to wait to use. Also i emailed the hotel a few times to set up a Proposal engagement for my girlfriend. Which i didnt hear back from the hotel to do something special for my Fiance. I did reach out to the hotel in person to do something special, and I wanted to do it on a certain date. They got back to me too late. With no help with the hotels email i was pretty pissed. Which kind of made my experience at the hotel feel i was not welcomed, and they only cared about thier advertisement. All the outdoor chairs were cover with cigarette stains, and they were not cleaned. We couldnt find a clean outdoor place to sit. Only the pool chairs where cleaned. The walls in the rooms where so thin that you can hear your neighbors. When we checked in the room, we noticed they had two Compliary waters. One water bottle was opened and dranked out of. I did speak to someone at the front desk about the water bottles. They front desk did say they will come by and replace the water. Nobody showed up and we had to go back to the front desk and talk to them about it a second time, they did replace after the second complaint. The small refrigerator was unplugged when we got to the room, and we found out why it was unplugged. When we plug the refrigerator on, the refrigerator made so much noise and was very loud and we couldnt let us sleep.
