커낼 익스프레스 스튜디오(Newly-Renovated Comfortable Studios Near All Nola Hot Spots)

Perfect short little trip to New Orleans at Canal Express studios:) The place was perfectly located, cozy for being so small, secure. This was my second time using Hosteeva, and I can say with confidence that you've earned customers for LIFE. Best customer support I've received probably ever, AND they offer reasonable prices. Love it here

The place is beautiful and right on the trolley line. Walking distance to many great restaurants

The building has been renovated and is a beautiful place. Keypads to enter the building and our room made access easy. The remote control for the television was for a different tv and the space was smaller than the photos indicated. However, the worst part was a fight that broke out on the floor below us. It appeared to be a domestic dispute. It escalated rapidly and I called the only number that was given to us. It was the Hosteeva customer service number located in CA. We were in NOLA. She said she would call the property manager that was located in town and I requested that she call me back so I would know it was reported. We never heard back from her and no one reached out to us to follow up. Considering their rules for noise are clearly stated on signs in the house, we found it very unnerving that they clearly do not enforce their rules and there is no property manager nearby. There are at least 14 rooms in the building. The only two that were occupied appeared to be ours and the one below us where the dispute took place. It was extremely unsettling and we felt unsafe.

It was good and all, just wish there was more toilet paper, sheets, towels, instead of one of each.

This place was disgusting. It smelled awful like mold and it was filthy! The moment we walked in, we walked out and requested a refund. They did not refund the first night but did refund the rest of the trip. All that being said, I have to say that ******* was excellent in helping us communicate with the host.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Our room was large, beautiful and nicely decorated. It even had a fireplace! It felt more like home rather than a hotel. We loved it!

Management concern clearly efficient profit over ‘Service’ (non-existent).

The house is beautiful! Unfortunately, our room is downstairs the ceiling is very low and even though they are saying it is non smoking well it smells like cigarette in the room. The location is great but I am very disappointed to be in the basement. I hate it.

Property was clean and neat it gives you a cozy vibe. I like the hardwood floors and the high ceilings the location was great for the events that we were going to attend. Transportation on the trolley or Uber Lyft we're available. The internet service didn't work the whole time I was there we couldn't get a connection the router needs to be checked throughout the building.
