This place is very hollow and loud. It's very close quarters and no sound proofing. You can hear everyone's TV in the hall amd your room, people screaming on the phone, doors slamming, people getting ice on another floor, people outside on the nice patio, water took forever in sink to go down, black blanket they give you was so nasty, looked like snot or ***** smeared on it. Hair was everywhere. I say this with the understanding that hair is harder to get up. It was In our bed, everywhere in shower. I know you can't say no children but this is not a place for small kids to run around and talk in hallways bc everything can be hear so clearly. No proofing or weatherstripping under doors so there is a huge gap. Of maybe 1.5 inches under the doors that doesn't help the sound. Cute place, in a sketchy up and coming neighborhood. They have street parking only which was plentiful and said there was security roving through neighborhood. Never saw them but our cars were fine. Good idea for a small neighborhood hostel/hotel. Decor was simple and so cute throughout and it comes with a MW and fridge. The attached coffee and bar was nice.

Only there for one night. Major cons? No elevator. Walls are thin. Can definietly hear noise if from above if on lower levels. However it was a lovely property and i would des stay there again. Comfy beds and the AC in room was great!

Clean and modern room in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. Coffee and bar was great and staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the warm atmosphere of a smaller hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar.

Is was lovely to have a bar in the hotel after an airline flight in the evening. Tori was very kind and informative and we very much appreciated it.

Bar and staff were great! Great area to stay near Loyola and St. Charles. Rooms are a little small.

This is a modern, small hotel in a safe area. The rooms are compact but very clean with extra towels and nice linens. There is a TV, small refrigerator and coffee maker, and a remote control for the AC/heater. The hotel “lobby” is actually a coffee shop / bar with friendly staff. The hours (7 am - 11 pm) are very convenient. My room was on the first floor, the only drawback was being so close to the ice maker which was quite loud.

Clean rooms, sufficient air conditioning and heating as both were used in the room, good location for us, somewhat small rooms but were expecting that. Quiet area of town but you can hear the noise in the hallway. Overall good experience for the value and would return if considering staying in that area.

The staff and the hotel were great. Just had very noisy neighbors and the ice machine was extremely loud at the end of the hallway. Was unable to sleep so we ended up leaving at three in the morning.Joseph the bartender was very accommodating and super nice.
