사진과 시설이 다르고, 2인 1실 이어서 침대가 2개로 나와 있는데, 킹사이즈 하나 였고 옆방에 소리가 다 들림 ㅅ방음상테 안좋고 시설이 노후하여 청결하지 못함 조명도 어둠고 두 번 다시 가고 싶지 않음. 싼게 비지떡이란 속담이 생각 남..Deposit 50$은 왜 받는지 이해가 안됨.

훌륭한 장소, 분위기가 훌륭하고 친절한 사람들, 고속도로가 매우 가까워 버번 스트리트가 잠들지 않는 도시와 가깝습니다.

머물기에 좋은 장소는 아니지만 일하는 여자가 많아요 호텔이 낡았네요 도어 잠금 장치가 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 그래서 방을 바꿔야 했어 책상에 계신 아주머니가 도움이 되었습니다. 도착 시 보증금을 받았습니다. 체크아웃할 때 돌려받겠다고 했는데 체크아웃할 때 영업일 5일이라고 하더군요. 아침 식사를 위해 아이들을 데려갔지만 커피와 도넛 몇 개밖에 없었습니다. 누가 아침에 도넛을 먹나요? 냉장고는 비어 있었다 와플 기계가 전시되어 있지만 작동하지 않음 꽤 슬프다. 아이들에게는 좋은 경험이 아닙니다.

First room won’t open so they had to change the room. Second room had a heavy smell of **** and the smoke detector was covered with a bag. The furniture was mostly broken and old. The floor was not that clean. We expected worse so we accepted the room. Front desk is not the friendliest but the breakfast lady is very helpful and friendly but speaks only spanish. Would definitely not stay again.

Room was updated and didn't look gross. Good room for the price. Breakfast wasn't bad but it was from 6-9am which seems entirely too early for weekend travelers

I read the reviews and I was a little scared based off that and when I got there it was the complete opposite.My room was clean I didn’t have no bugs of any kind the staff was great.No one was on the property that didn’t before and I felt very safe

I loved it so much I stayed another day.And in the future I will come here.I live in New Orleans I wanted to get a room to rest.I love it here the Staff is great..The housekeeper's are amazing.I was in Georgia and I will say it's nothing like being home in New Orleans.Nola 4 life😏🤗😃

房間不乾淨（我説的很含蓄了）， 傳單也不乾淨，我都沒敢脱衣服睡，而且很潮濕，一直開着空調也很潮濕，被子感覺都能擰出水來，服務態度倒是不錯，早餐選擇很少，到處都是蟲子，不會再去第二次了。

Service was amazing. Let us keep luggage there til we could check in. Was always happy to assist when we needed

Terrible hotel, dirty rooms, dirty baths, dirty towel, location is super dangerous, please do not stay in this hotel

I am an independent hotel quality inspector. Companies hire me to inspect the quality and service of their franchise locations. I recently visited your Ramada at 6303 Chef Menteur Hwy location in New Orleans, LA on a private trip. The condition at this location needs drastic improvement. The staff was great and helpful however, there were several misleading amenities and cosmetic issues. The paint is chipping on several units (hazard). There were stains (blood) on the window shades. The bed covering smelled like ashes and smoke, although this is a non-smoking hotel. There was no breakfast as advertised. The nook where the microwave, vending, and ice machine is located was very hot with no air circulating(Health hazard). Lastly the gated entry does not keep out unwanted guests as no verification was performed or a keyless entry pad provided at the gate(security hazard). The attendants (or automatic gate) simply opens for every car. Lastly the security latch screws on the room door were very loose(security hazard). I personally tightened them myself. The room door deadbolt hole was hollowed out and was not secure as it could be. The toilet seat was loose and slides as a person sits down on it (safety hazard). The artwork was lovely. I would rate this hotel a 4 on a 10 scale. Budget friendly does not mean skip on the quality.

This was a weekend get away. The property was exactly like the picture. The only thing I would make a concern is the doors was not secured and the bathroom sink did not drain. And the phone in the room did not work.

Me and my friends had two rooms for essence fest weekend and I will never stay here again one of the between the water bugs dirty sheet s and one rude overnight front desk person I was a mess uncomfortable stay. It started out okay when we arrived front desk was nice once we got to the rooms that’s even things started to get alil different. One time was suppose to be a two bedroom suite and it wasn’t it was 1 bedroom and then a bed in the livingroom area next that same room had a broken chair in there that was pushed behind the table against the wall the sheets on one of the beds was dirty. The second hotel room was alil better not dirty but the bathroom needed alil fixing broken toilet paper holder the sink was clogged up but eventually the water went down now the one thing both rooms had towards the end of the weekend is a water bug problem( I know it’s the south and them things are around but I still don’t want them in my rooms the staff for the most part were nice except one overnight girl she had the lobby front door locked when we returned to the hotel. one night and was upset pulled on the door to get in response for having the door locked was lock this door ever night very nasty the lobby door wasnt locked any other night ( i understand locking the door for your safety but the attitude that was giving was uncalled for besides those issues the weekend it self was decent but those issues along i will not be returning to this hotel

The staff were nice but the biggest issue I had was the literal BLOOD I found on the bedsheet and sprayed around the mirror in the bathroom. There were also bugs but the biggest issue is that they might not give me a refund for finding BLOOD. In addition to the blood, I found no fewer than three roaches scurrying around in my room, the underside of the bed looked like it had never been swept, and I found dead bugs in the sheets. The door closes but had gaps all around the frame so everything that is happening outside can be heard inside. The light fixtures and the hand-holds in the bathroom were covered in rust. Speaking of the bathroom, there was mold in the shower. Do not come here if you value your health. They are trying to refuse my refund after I found BLOOD in my room and IN MY BED.
