We had an excellent time. Quiet room, comfy bed, close to all the downtown life of New Bern. Staff are awesome and helpful. We are already planning next year's stay for a longer vacation. Prices are affordable and we love this location. Now that my wife is disabled we worried about over pricing for her needs. Not here, everything was accessible and wheel chair friendly. I'm so glad we chose Bridge Pointe Hotel and Marina. Check It Out!!

I’ve stayed at the BridgePointe hotel many times and I have never been disappointed with their service, cleanliness or the wonderful hot breakfast buffet!! The pool is always ready when the weather is appropriate.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. We love the location, breakfast, and price. However, the condition of our room this time was really poor. The room door gave us difficulty in latching and locking. The bathroom door would not latch closed. The towel shelf above the toilet was hanging at an angle and loose on the wall. A grab bar in the shower was not connected on one end. Pretty embarrassing condition, actually. They need to do some serious updates and maintenance.

The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff very helpful and polite. The area the where the hotel was located was beautiful. Overall the hotel experience was wonderful and I would stay at Bridge Point Marina against when in town.

You have up signs that says masks are required in the building!!!! I see everybody in the hotel walking in the building through the hallways with no mask on. Especially while i was checking in. Nothing was said to them like hey just a reminder if you didn’t see the sign on the door masks are required in the building. Felt very uncomfortable while there. The worst part of my trip was the bathroom. The bath tub needs to be repainted it looks like it’s dirty but you can tell it’s bad stains and it’s very rusted. Now let’s get to the good part... me and my boyfriend went to shower not even running the shower 2 seconds and it’s backing up with water.. who wants to shower with water that’s being backed up on they feet and legs the most nastiest thing ever. Called the front desk to inform about the issue she chuckled and said I can send matience up there but everyone shower is doing that especially if y’all are showering at the same time. Which it bothered me very much because if you already was aware about the situation you should have informed me about this while I was checking in. This was the worst stay at a hotel I ever had but they don’t never have to worry about me staying here again.

The only thing that was bad, was the roaches in the bathroom. Other than that it was a comfortable stay in the evening. They were doing some renovations to some of the rooms.

Have stayed at this property several times. Close to downtown. Good included breakfast. Great value.

Had no trouble checking in, reservation was as expected. My plans had changed as the person i was traveling with had a family emergency so i didn't need two beds. There was no issue switching me to a king room. This has been my fourth stay and its a good value and location.
