샌들스 사우스 코스트 - 올 인클루시브, 커플 전용(Sandals South Coast (Swh))

We thought this was a 5* property. The price you pay far exceeds the service, food, drinks, experiences you receive. This is our first time to a Sandals and sadly it will our last. The resort itself is a 3 star and I was hoping with great food and service it would be upgraded to a 4 or even 5 star. Sadly that was not the case. The food was average at best. Sometimes even not even edible. There is little to no fresh fruits and or local cuisine. The service is 1* as we didn’t find any of the staff to be friendly…it felt like they were just going through the motions and sometimes downright rude. The drinks were horrible as well … the bartenders had no idea what they were doing nor did they even care. I felt like I had to beg for a drink and getting anything top shelf was nearly impossible. We were told Tito’s is an up charge. Lol. Tito’s. . I honestly feel like all the other reviews are fake or they have never been to a quality all inclusive resort. After 4 nights of sleepless nights due to the thumping we heard until 1 am each night we requested a quieter room. At first we were told no they couldn’t move us and we decided to leave the next day. Magically they were able to accommodate the move and we decided to stay however the stay really didn’t get much better. The beach is really not swimmable as there is sea grass so we just hung by the pool each day to hear the same play list and crappy service each day. Save your money …go to another all inclusive where they actually want your business. You have been warned. Here are some pics of the stained carpet, the outdated room, the “premium” liquor.

We planned our wedding and honeymoon at Sandals South Coast, and it was the best decision ever! As soon as we arrived we were swept to our room by our butlers, Tiffany and Shantelle. They made sure we were taken care of every step of the way! They decorated our room before we arrived, as well as throughout the week of our stay. The beach was amazing as well as all of the food and drink options available. We have already booked our one year anniversary trip because we loved the resort so much! 100/10 experience!

The ride from airport is about 1 1/2 hours and at times a little rough. Check-in was easy and rooms were ready when we arrived in the afternoon. Our room was standard room. Our bathroom had missing light bulbs which were not replaced and made getting ready a little difficult The resort was out of lightbulbs (?). Food was good. Very difficult to get a chair on the beach or at the pool unless you put your personal items on the chair by 7am. Big plus, was Maxine, our waitress at the pool bar. She kept our glasses full and always had a smile for us. She really is pleasant. We went sailing twice which was amazing. There is a lot of sea grass which did not bother us. This is our 4th Sandals location.

This was both our first times at a Sandals resort! We came here for our honeymoon and have fallen in love with this place. The people are amazing and so hardworking and always are going above and beyond, with a smile. I’m now a little biased but think this has got to be the happiest place on earth. I highly recommend this resort for the beautiful beach, the impeccable service and amazing people, and the food was also superb!!

We had an amazing pre-Chris**as trip to Sandals South Coast! The hands-down, BEST part was the service provided by the staff, especially our amazing butlers, Joya and Kamar. I highly recommend this team if you are headed to Jamaica! Their wonderful hospitality and attention to detail made this visit to Jamaica a standout. South Coast is also a favorite amount the Sandals properties that we have visited!

My husband and I visited sandals South Coast in Whitehouse Jamaica for Chris**as this year and had an incredibly relaxing, fun stay. We stayed in the Rondoval swim-up Butler Villa that was the most spectacular swim-up experience we’ve had yet! The beautiful garden view truly was a lovely romantic sanctuary. This trip completed our 70 nights which earned us a free stay at any Sandals resort of our choosing, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to complete this accomplishment. We owe special thanks to our amazing butlers, Alicia, and Tiffany, who took incredibly great care of us. Our specific requests were fulfilled, and we received some nice surprises from them as well. They were thoughtful, helpful and so much fun to get to know. All of the staff were welcoming and we made a few friends during our stay. Thank you to Calicia for your warm hospitality at Sushi on the sand, and Mervin for tracking down olives for our martinis! The Chris**as celebration was so much fun, thanks to the fantastic entertainment staff. We will definitely be returning to this property, as they are renovating to bring even more swim-up beachfront rooms that top our list of room categories! Alicia and Tiffany will be our top requested butlers upon our return! We miss them already!

My husband and I stayed in Italian Beachfront Walkout Suite Oct 3-12. Our butlers were Jamoy and Patrian. What an amazing duo! We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary while there and it was the absolute best! The vacation was the most romantic experience I’ve ever had. These two complement each other’s skills/personalities well! They both have the gift of hospitality!!! And are a big part of why we rebooked to return to SSC December 2024. They truly left us feeling welcome, loved and celebrated! Be sure to complete the Butler survey ahead of time as they had obviously used it to assist in creating a true experience for us. I did not feel we should have a Butler- but this experience was such a blessing - I am thankful we did. Our room was beautiful and housekeeping did a great job everyday. My husband has been an advanced certified scuba diver for many years and chose Sandals SC based on past experiences at Sandals Dive shops. I had a poor experience 30 yrs ago when scuba diving and had an intense fear - I decided to try again planning to only do the introductory course for one dive. However, Byron Gordon was such an incredible instructor that I decided to become PADI Open Water certified. It was evident that the entire Dive team (Byron, String Bean, Conrad and complete team) worked well together and had a positive impact on all guests. The dive team is why we booked two rooms for our return in December 2024 so we could bring family to dive with us. If you’re at all curious about the underwater world - go see them and sign up for a class! I’m not sure how he did it but I not only overcame my fear but truly enjoyed our 7 dives and eagerly look forward to going again. His safety consciousness, attention to detail, positive attitude. Encouragement and ability to manage a diverse group was super impressive! The food was excellent! I discovered several new things that I liked! The restaurants were all unique and had great staff overall. Schooners was amazing for all three meals! Patrice and Erik were great servers- I cannot recall other names. Giuseppe’s was so delicious! Tavia was our favorite evening server. She has an infectious smile and inner joy that radiates to others! The entertainment staff were fun! I was super impressed with Diablo, Kimo Sabe, Ke Shaun and Super Chris ability to recall names and encourage others to join in! The love hop was so much fun! I did not expect that. The staff in each depar**ent truly are the WOW factor at this resort! Their friendliness and ability to serve joyfully is what ultimately makes this such an excellent experience. Check out the garden tour at 9:00 am and listen to Recardo. He his a wealth of information! Check out the spa and ask for Natalie. She also has an inner joy that radiates to others. Samir at guest services was very helpful. Elaine at the Loyalty Office is extremely helpful! If you have any questions or are thinking of another trip- I’d go talk to her! We have been to Sandal

This was our first trip to a Sandals resort and it did not disappoint. The resort was clean and beautiful with an abundance of flowers and activities. We loved the grounds, restaurants, pools, cabanas, and the ocean. It was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to spend our anniversary. We LOVED the staff and the people that we encountered...yes I understand that it is their job to be friendly, but it felt genuine and authentic. We loved speaking to the staff and learning about Jamaica and its rich culture. Upon returning home, we both agreed that the resort was lovely, but it was the staff that made our vacation. Special thanks to Javel for excellent cabana service, Dwight and Bertie in club sandals, Rommel and Davia at Guiseppe's, Kadejah at Eleanors, and Jimmar on the waterfront/boats. We will be back!!

Our over-water bungalow vacation in Jamaica was quite possibly the best, most relaxing vacation experience of my life. Having a private patio/dock that leads straight into the calm, blue ocean where we could swim to the white-sand shore and back again while surrounded by gorgeous views and wildlife was stunning. But to be honest, what really made our vacation spectacular was the SERVICE. Earnie, our butler, not only brought us food whenever we wanted and served us breakfast in bed, but anticipated what we may want and gave us what we didn’t even know we could get. My husband loves Coke Zero and our mini fridge was always stocked with it. Earnie brought us smoothies with our lunch that we didn’t even know we could order. He dropped by with a cheese plate in the afternoon anticipating that we would want a snack after swimming. What really blew our minds was when we headed down to the sushi restaurant for dinner. My husband and I put our names on the waitlist and wandered down to the adjacent beach to wait. Aside from us asking Earnie if we needed reservations, Earnie had no clue what our plans were. Earnie not only got us prime seating almost immediately but tracked us down at the beach to tell us our table was ready. Earnie went above and beyond to make us feel special and pampered. We would come back just for Earnie’s service alone. Thanks so much, Earnie!
