Nice economical place to stay. The rooms with double beds are a little small for more than 2. The breakfast was very nice.

Convenient location. The room was clean and tidy. But there was an odd smell, maybe from the heater. The only other complaint would be the bed, there were 2 beds and mine was hard has a rock, the other one was a little better.

The hotel was very nice, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and very good shower. The things I always look for in a hotel. The included breakfast was very nice and prepared you for the day. Good variety of food.

Bugs in unit. Olga at front desk was pretty rude regarding our credit card on file & even after filling out the appropriate form she still wanted the whole number on file.

I was very pleased with how clean the unit was. There was a fresh clean smell. The heating system was very responsive and a chilly room warmed up immediately. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

We loved our stay in New Glasgow. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. It was very hectic trying to get breakfast with so few places to sit and eat. People were also smoking cigarettes and **** in rooms or halls or outside the side door and the smell was apparent upstairs in the halls. We would come back!

There was no elevator to bring up our bags, had to drag them upstairs and I have arthritis. The downstairs hallways had smell and so did the air coming out of the AC unit so we were pretty hot. I was excited to take a bath in what looked like a great tub but it had hair all in it. The beds weren't very comfortable and the food in the tiny eatery was not good. The positives were the front desk staff was friendly and there were lots of towels available. I am usually not so picky but we paid a premium rate for a hotel that should be economy.

There was this weird smell that was all around in the rooms and hall ways. There was no ventilation whatsoever.

I was really disappointed that the breakfast area only had three tables for everyone in the hotel. There was a large sofa in the area and it could have been taken out and three more tables could have been opened up. There was also a waisted area by the front desk that held a large water jug that could have had three chairs as well. The breakfast area is just too small to cover the number of guest. People were taking food to their room. Very inconvenient. Over the week I spent over $1,400.00 in accommodations at your hotel. It doesn’t seem like there is any thought to the breakfast logistics.
