Wonderful hospitality and great experience as staff is supportive. Must book if you are planning to delhi. Near to all famous places like chandni chowk jama masjid new delhi railway station. They even support you to keep your luggage in rest room if you are having journey in night

Bad experience. We booked a room with two beds and they gave us a room with a round bed. We complained and they gave us another one with one bed and left us a dirty mattress on the floor with a sheet. The shower didn't work, we couldn't take a shower. The good thing is the air conditioning and the taxi service to the airport.

Rahul pandey was the receptionist who helped a lot ! He is the very kind and helpful when it’s comes to booking trains and bus ! They offers those service which I recommend to take because you loose more time trying to do by your own and not even sure to make it. I was staying in a private room ! The hotel is near the train station where you will be completely submerged in the crazy busy Delhi life !

I’ve here twice now and have got to know the guys really well. They’ll sort out any itinerary you need even if you can be a pain in the **** sometimes (me). I’ll be back there after Nam for more of my travels with them. Highly recommended. Nice rooms. Great atmosphere with plenty of other like minded souls doing what we all love doing most!

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL - CANCELLED OUR BOOKING WITHOUT WARNING AND AGGRESSIVE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE We booked a private room on HostelWorld and arrived at around 7pm, when we were informed by the owner that he had given our room away, as we were ‘too late’. This is despite paying a 15% deposit to secure the room. We were blamed for not providing a WhatsApp number, but this was only suggested to give ‘tips’, not secure the booking. In addition, we had two emails stating ‘Booking Confirmed’, one on the day of the booking. They then proceeded to take us round to their other properties, which sounds a lot like a common Delhi scam…we eventually accepted a room in one of their hotels because it was late and we needed a place to sleep. When we went to sort things out with ***agement, including a discount on the room rate for the 2 hours it had taken to get us a room, they were rude, aggressive and not apologetic in the slightest. We got out of there as quickly as possible and will not be returning - and warn others to do the same.

This is easily the nicest accommodation I had in india. The rooms were clean and heard no traffic noise. The whole hostel was the cleanest I saw in my 6 week trip. The staff were helpful beyond compare and everything that I needed was in the hostel, money exchange, water, travel desk

we stayed in this hostel for one night and had a good time, the staff was kind and helpful and at the reception we found a tour operator who organized an incredible tour for us. ask for Abdoul and the fantastic driver Anjour.

Hostel had everything I needed and was clean..helped me book train tickets..provide me towel..even hairdryer.location very good and bed very comfy and warm..staff nice..I will come back here and I recommended to all backpackers.
