1) poorly maintained; all the plugs were dirty and damaged! 2) the bedsheets are so old that the fabric piled so much that it feels rough against your skin! This is ridiculous! 3) Tea bags are not in sealed paper 4) Poor quality toiletries except that toothpaste was quite a large tube; toothbrush so flimsy 5) Hot water heater was just lukewarm despite turning to the max in my room 204. The water heater in my brother’s room 102 didn’t work at all. 6) water flow is so small that it took forever to wash my hair (shoulder length) 7) no bed room slippers yet floor is unclean 8) no shower cap provided 9) no hair dryer 10) Lift is so small, can only accommodate 3 persons + luggage.

Our wedding experience with Mr. Ravish Singh and Ms. Devki from DeeMarks hotel and resort was disappointing. Unmet expectations, unprofessional staff behavior, and no water availability in rooms overshadowed our trust. To add to our dismay, they harassed us at the last moment for additional money, tainting what should have been a joyous occasion.

This place is a dump. The beds are the hardest you will ever sleep in. It is old and unkempt. The pool area is depressing; it borders a busy motorway and seems to sit on the end of the runway with planes coming into land overhead every few minutes. the menu offers several beers but none were available. The staff are uninterested and it seems to be a place that might be used for an overnight stay after or before a flight. This is the most depressing place I have ever stayed, bar none.

We had booked a students group from UK in october for two nights and we're very happy with the rooms, food. Service and used swimming pool anhgd Discotheque too. Hotel has ample parking for buses and wash room for drivers. Location is closer to IGI Airpot. Very good hotel yet at reaso m able price.

Good service & good Food We were in the restaurant and ground floor for a family. Dinner and the food and service were excellent yet at Reasonable price. Dee marks situated on main highway closer to Gurugram.

Good hotel near IGI AIRPORT We from Network Tours booked an American couple to stay at Dee Marks in transit. They were very much happy with the room and services .No meal was taken great hotel great location.

Ambience is very good ,very much near to the airport.delicious food and good service. I am regular customer here last 03 year fully satisfied with service most important staff is good they are very helpful

We booked the banquet hall in basement attached with swimming pool for a RoKa Ceremony on 28/September for 200guests. Services ,decor ,dj ,decoration etc were superb including fruits and chats yet within our budget. There is sufficient valet and otherwise parking. It. Was appreciated by one and all. Also location does make a matter. Keep it up.

STAFF READY TO SERVICE AT ANY TIME . FOOD SPECIALLY VEGETARIAN FOOD WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY ENJOYED VERY COMFORTABLE STAY OF TWO DAYS. THANKS TO HOTEL ***AGEMENT AND SERVICE STAFF FOR THE SAME. GOOD HOTEL
