블룸 부티크 - 코나트 플레이스 지역(Bloom Boutique - Connaught Place Area)

Such a wonderful stay I had at Bloom Boutique hotel in New Delhi! The stuff is incredibly helpful , the place is clean and beautiful ! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Excellent location for tourist attractions and dining. Very close to walk to the Connaught place roundabout where there are a wide variety of western and Indian restaurants. Lovely service from staff and the rooms are really well kept.

This was not the most welcoming of hotels. The member of staff during check-in was rude and argumentative. The bed was comfortable enough and the room clean enough but it did not have a window from which I could look out. This did not bother me as I only stayed for two nights.

The property is really mis***aged, instances to reflect it: Check in at the Hotel followed by the receptionist saying that they entered my details as without breakfast and cannot change it.... Some days at the breakfast buffet have to coordinate the communication between reception and them for the same Used towel is taken but no new towel placed.... Coffee sachets on next day not placed..... Toilet paper also has to be asked for when done Everyday at buffet idli and wada is placed without chutney and u have to tell the waiter there to get it which can take a lot of time If something gets over at the breakfast buffet it's not replaced until a customer asks for Also a lot of the interior work is not fully done... Been hidden using flashy stuff..... Kept rating as 2 because of the good overall ***agement of the group.... Where they have an app which at least is prompt in answering customer complaints

Great little hotel centrally located within walking distance of Connaught Place and close to the railway station. Rooms spacious and clean. Super friendly staff including receptionist Mr Vikash. Great breakfast selection including mix of western and Indian food. Complimentary snacks and drinks available in reception. Check in a little complex as all online but not too much of an issue. Would definitely stay again. Hotel ***ager went the extra mile which presented with an unusual guest request which was very much appreciated. 🛺🛺

Great place to check-in especially when you are solo traveller like me. One more thing the location is very convenient for me because it’s near Pearsonvu, just a 5 min walk away. The staff are all very accommodating. I also loved the foods in their cafe it all suited my palate’s choices. Plus, both exterior and interior designs are cute and pleasing to the eyes.I will definitely recommend this hotel to those who are planning to visit Delhi one of these days.☺️
