This was the best choice for stay in Cappadocia. The room was super clean, nicely decorated, bathroom was great, also clean, with towels and shampoons. Breakfast at the top of the hotel was exquisite, apart form buffet one, they asked you if we want an omelette. It’s walking distance from the centre, market, restaurants. Also just 15min walk to the morning view point where you can watch the balloons. The balloons can be also seen from the terrace of the hotel. And the most important thing - their kindness! Everyone was so helpful! Couldn’t recomend more!

A very beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff here have been very accommodating and booked all our trips for us in advance. Very responsive on WhatsApp. The hotel arranged transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast was amazing, blown away with the variety. The staff at breakfast are so lovely. Room - we stayed in the deluxe stone room. Wow, absolutely beautiful! The hotel has a terrace, perfect to relax and perfect views of the hot air balloons early mornings. Only down fall, I found the reception wasn’t open 24 hours. Morning of our hot air balloon ride I couldn’t find staff to enquire where our transfers were. Though transportation eventually arrived, it would have been nice if I could ask staff to enquire regarding the delay or whether we missed our pick up. Secondly, I had to ask for a receipt as proof of payment for all my excursions, which one staff seemed hesitant in issuing or wasn’t sure how to, after a bit of pressure I was provided with a receipt. Otherwise, staff have been superb and the hotel experience has been fabulous. We were provided with information regarding local ATM, recommended places to eat, how to navigate to certain places and provided tea when we asked, did wake up calls when requested. Thank you for accommodating me and my son, you made our stay very enjoyable. We wish all the staff the very best.

동굴에 있는 매우 멋진 작은 호텔이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 소음에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 중심부까지 5분, 중심부에 있는 가장 가까운 전망대까지 도보로 단 10분 거리입니다. 우리는 저렴한 방을 가지고 있었지만 훌륭한 침대, 동굴 내부의 사물함, 벽의 돌 선반, 대형 자쿠지 욕조 및 샤워 시설과 같은 디자인으로 우리를 놀라게했습니다. 모든 것이 훌륭했고, 방은 겨울에 매우 따뜻했으며, 아침 식사는 맛있고 다양했습니다.

incredible views,incredible hotel staff -especially the chef receptionist,buse,she's the best always.-,incredible events and one of a kind experience for me. the people are very helpful,the food are just incredible,the physical condition of the hotel and rooms just perfect,you can watch the hot-air balloons on roof of the hotel on early-mornings and i can say it's just surreal. i highly -very very highly- recommend the place and i hope i will come there again!

My wife and I just returned home after spending a wonderful week at the Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The hotel has an excellent position, high on the hillside in Göreme; perfect for viewing the stunning local scenery and the early morning balloons. As other reviewers suggested, reaching it by car is a bit chaotic, but added to the experience and we never failed to find a parking spot close by. It's the same for all the hotels in this crowded little town. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful, always on hand to suggest places to visit, organise tours, give local knowledge etc. There was quite a nice family feel to it. Our room was great, really giving us the cave experience we wanted. It was well appointed (although some drawers for our clothes would've been nice and a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobe!), very clean and everything worked. The hot tub was huge! The room really was something different (in a good way!) and positively contributed to our holiday. We picked this hotel based on other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending it too. You won't be disappointed!
