Sporthotel Neustift

We are currently staying at this hotel and on our 6th day. We absolutely love it and highly recommended. The staff are all super helpful and friendly and they really care. A special mention to Martina on reception who has been so attentive and helpful, to Frank the gardener who really went out of his way to enhance our itinerary, and to our lovey waiter Habab who is so happy and caring, also providing excellent service. Two very unexpected things about this hotel, one is that we were given a pass on arrival that gives us free use of the local buses and cable cars. We really didn’t expect this and have had so much use out of it. The other is the half board option. We would highly recommend that you do this, it’s excellent value for money and you get so much. Yesterday we got the train into Salzburg for The Sound of Music Tour. This hotel is very clean and in the prettiest of locations. We will be sure to return! We had booked this hotel for a 5 night break. We loved everything about the hotel - very friendly staff, a lovely room, great breakfast, decent sized pool. We were really lucky with the weather and the hotel was well situated for lots of different walks, making use of the Stubaital pass for cable cars, buses and the train which runs between Fulpmes and Innsbruck. We didn’t want to eat in the hotel at night as we like to try different restaurants, and there were enough in the village for us to be able to eat somewhere different each evening. The hotel is really easy to access without a car, as there is a regular bus service from Innsbruck.

The best spa and hotel I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend it to ANYONE who wants to relax and enjoy the views. There are so many sauna rooms, hiking trails, and ski lifts nearby, and the staff is incredibly polite and accommodating. This is the nicest hotel located right in the middle of the village at the base of the gletcher.

A wonderful hotel, in Tyrolean style, beautifully decorated, with very welcoming people and focused on the customer's needs, clean and spacious rooms and a Spa with everything you need. As a recommendation, the water in the pools seemed a bit colder than we would have needed after a whole day of skiing (both indoor and outdoor pools), and access to the Spa without clothes should not be be a mandatory condition (however, I noticed that it is not fully respected :)). However, we felt very well and the food was delicious!

Super Hotel in Neustift direkt an der Bergbahn. Kurze Fußweg ins Zentrum und zu den Lebensmittelgeschäften. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und mehrsprachige Personal, das uns zuvorkommend betreut hat. Das Hotel liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig, was den Aufenthalt angenehm entspannt. Sowohl das reichliche Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren gut (mit Ausnahme der etwas einfallslosen Salatbar und zudem fanden wir es befremdlich, dass Wasser nur gratis serviert wird, wenn Wein bestellt wird – in vergleichbaren Hotels ist Wasser normalerweise selbstverständlich inklusive.). Auch der Saunabereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das gesamte Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings gibt es auch einige Punkte, die nicht dem Standard vergleichbarer Häuser entsprechen: Die Standardzimmer wirken leider stark veraltet (Stil der 80er/90er Jahre), inklusive altmodischer Deko und einem schlecht möblierten Balkon. Die 3/4-Pension war für uns sehr enttäuschend – die Auswahl ist begrenzt, was wir aus Hotels dieser Kategorie anders gewohnt sind. Die Essenszeiten sind straff getaktet, der Service läuft im Eiltempo ab. Wir mussten wiederholt nachfragen, um etwas mehr Zeit zwischen den Gängen zu bekommen. Auch die Beautyabteilung wirkt wenig einladend: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, doch die Atmosphäre ist eher lieblos und vermittelt kaum echtes Wellness-Gefühl. Des Weiteren gab es in der Woche urlaubsbedingt nicht alle Anwendungen. Es konnten nur Massagen gebucht werden, was wir als sehr enttäuschend empfanden. Fazit: Ein sauberes Hotel mit schöner Lage und tollem Saunabereich, aber mit Renovierungsbedarf in den Zimmern und Verbesserungspotenzial bei Gastronomie und Wellnessangebot.
