The room was spacious, but the lighting was lacking, making it all or nothing. Some kitchen items were missing, like a cup and utensils, but that didn't bother us much. Unfortunately, the bed had a single duvet, resulting in an uncomfortable first night. Our complaint was well-handled, providing an extra blanket and some chocolate as consolation for the second night. Interestingly, our friends in their room also faced the same issue with a too-small duvet. For a next visit, I will inquire about this beforehand. Despite these points, the location was excellent.

Spent a couple of nights at this hotel. Rooms and amenities were perfect, the whole site is digital meaning no reception. You gain access to areas via the app on your phone. Great idea however if you like having to talk to staff or ask simple questions about the local area there is no one to speak too. Having said that there are plenty of people in the communal areas during the main parts of the day, so perhaps that is not such a big deal. There is a big shopping center less than 200m away plus a train station.

Room was comfortable and clean. Automatic door opening was a bit confusing, especially as one door stuck, so I though I was stranded.

Amazing stay... Lovely location, close to a shopping center with essential shops and more. All very well organised and clean Cood communication with the hotel through an easy to use app. Very happy with the stay

Very comfortable place at 10 min walking from U-bahn station to Dusseldorf. A large mall is placed in front of the hotel. Check-in was pretty hard because of German language of the app and the hard way to switch in English/Italian. All the doors open using the smartphone.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und wir waren absolut begeistert als wir in unserem Zimmer angekommen sind. Hat alles ohne Probleme funktioniert und wir werden definitiv wieder dort ein Zimmer buchen.

das einchecken war etwas kompliziert da ich den code nicht erhalten hatte. mir wurde aber schnell und freundlich am telefon geholfen kleiner tipp, der check in button sollte besser als solcher erkennbar sein. die unterkunft war beeindruckend. tolle idee ansich, leider sehr leer so das man sich fragt ob eine besetzung an einer rezeption hieran etwas ändern könnte, den für studenten oder jüngere leute die diese konzept bestimmt super fänden ist die unterkunft dann doch etwas teuer. das zimmer war auf den ersten blich super. leider war nur eine bettdecke da was wir erst nachts festellten, diese wurde aber am nächsten tag auch sehr freundlich und schnell nachgelegt. schwarz ist leider sehr schmutzempflichlich was man sowohl auf den fliesen als auch auf den arbeitsflächen sehen konnte und die matratze war leider ziemlich durchgelegen (kuhle in der mitte) wenig personal übersiehl leider dann auch kleinigkeiten, sowas wie fehlende kleine löffel, ein ungespültes glas im schrank oder eben die fehlende 2. bettdecke. insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen bitte nehemn sie das geschriebene eher als verbesserungsvorschläge als als kritik. lg und danke

Modern and good place with kitchen to stay

Very clean, avant-garde, user-friendly apartments. Didn't have any troubles checking in automatically. So, comfortable, we wanted to stay longer. It was more than what we expected.
