리조트 마크 브란덴부르크 & 폰타네 테르메(Resort Mark Brandenburg & Fontane Therme)

We love to come often. Unfortunately the hotel did not inform us about some technical issues in the „Seesauna“ Apart from that we feel at home with our dogs every time. We love the breakfast and the breakfast team always remembers and appreciates us. Our dogs feel at home, too which makes us feel very comfortable.

The spa was really lovely, especially the "floating sauna," which looks over the beautiful lake. Everything was clean and beautiful. The lounging areas are incredibly comfortable and soothing--many areas to relax, read, or sleep when need to take a break from the saunas. I would caution against this place if you don't speak German. We could not figure out the expectations for etiquette, how to get towels, how to use the lockers, etc. There was no signage in other languages, you couldn't use your phone to translate (no phones allowed) and no one spoke English. The man in the bistro yelled at us for not wearing shoes and not knowing how the buffet worked (I think!), but we didn't understand how to get the meal we had paid for or what we were doing wrong. This is my own fault, I know, for not speaking the language, but I still felt a little stupid, embarrassed, and unwelcome.

The resort is not equipped to give you a value for money if you’re a first timer at a sauna/thermal bath and don’t know the etiquette or how to get the maximum experience. They are also not English friendly, you can not translate any signs because of course phone are not allowed

Stayed here for one night due to a work trip. This hotel is so beautiful, classy and so welcoming!! Everything was so clean and the breakfast tasty. The view of the lake was breathtaking although it was raining on the day we arrived. Champanhe at the check-in was also a very nice touch.

My mother and I enjoyed 4 days in this beautifully situated hotel with the amazing spa and thermal bath directly enclosed. The food was copious, very delicious and lovely presented. Everything was very clean and housekeeping pleasantly attentive. The staff at the reception, restaurant and the thermal bath exceptionally friendly, helpful and competent. We will definitely come back! And yes, it’s really that good…

Everything was perfect from the minute we went in until we left. The people at the reception were super nice and friendly, very helpful and so was everyone working at the hotel or spa. A big bed would be better than two single beds and two duvet, apart from this it was a very nice stay.

Where do I even start? This place is phenomenal, from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. The town is so cute and the hotel is right on the water with an amazing view of the lake. We arrived a earlier than anticipated but the hotel staff were very accommodating and we ended up going to the therme in the time before our check in. The therme was part of the reason we chose this property and it did not disappoint. My friend and I was big spa enthusiasts and the therme was even better than we thought! Everything g was very clean and the staff were super friendly even though we only spoke a little bit of German. After our day at the spa we came back to the hotel and our room was so cute! Nice spacious bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. We even got upgraded to a balcony room which I would highly recommend booking if they are available! Our balcony was so spacious and a delightful place to enjoy the rest of the evening. The next morning, we went to the breakfast buffet which was included and it was excellent. Meats, cheeses, bread, jams, eggs, cereal, fresh juices, and all kinds of spreads galore. If you enjoy this European style breakfast than you’ll love the buffet here. After we had to check out, they let us keep our bags in the coat room until we were ready to take the train back to Berlin so we could walk around the quiet town. Our experience was nothing short of peaceful and relaxing and I would say this place warrants a special trip if you’re ever near the area.

My partner and I went to Resort Mark Brandenburg for one night to celebrate her birthday. It's very convenient that you are able to use the Spa & Sauna before you actually check into the room, that allowed us to make the most of the full day and even use the Spa/Sauna the morning after before the checkout. The room itself was a bit underwhelming and some small things were missing considering the price but really the reason you're going is for the Spa/Sauna itself! I will say that the included breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.

Overall a great place for a short and effective wellness break. The saunas and fitness areas are very good. There need to be more vegetarian and vegan options at breakfast & dinner, and having an openly stated anti-discrimination policy would be important, so that everyone feels welcome here.
