We had a reservation at this hotels restaurant for Dinner. My partner had been a couple of times and always had good food and service. However this time they got it seriously wrong. We arrived at 6:40pm and did get drinks for 20 minutes, another 20 minutes waiting for a cold starter then 45 minutes for our main courses. Despite chasing our orders the servers and head waiter just ignored us. The food was really good however we had gone past the point of wanting to eat it took so long on a Tuesday night! I fed this back to the head waiter who just refused to accept any responsibility and instead tried to endorse the experience we’d had as something he was trying to create. Very disappointing. Unfortunately if this restaurant carries on like this it wont be in business for long. Such a shame as the food was good. Its also worth make the point this wasnt a cheap meal and my experience should count as I am the customer!

Stopped here for lunch and was amazed by the restaurant. Decided to spend a night and experience the dinner and stay. 1. Hotel room Good linens and towels. Good pillows. Excellent soaps and shampoo Stylish new and nice. All you need nothing you don’t. 2. Dinner We had the dinner and stay special so the menu was set. However it was delicious. Very. Italian ish but I loved it all. The home made bread is to die for. 3. Breakfast Simply amazing! Fresh cocked omelette and fresh bread with all the goodness. Grand padano, iberico hams and amazing yogurt All in all I say this is the best in Munich. Location is a bit tricky to find but it’s quiet and comfy

The worst experience and forced dilemma ever received from a hotelier – expect no mercy if you are unfortunate enough to break Erik’s Hotel rules My flight was delayed and car hire was a fuss at the airport which made me late by 45 minutes arriving at the hotel The young man at the desk informed that I was classed as a “No Show” and the room was no longer available and it was occupied, also the hotel was completely full I had no option but to leave into the night and search for an alternative place to stay The following day I rang Erik’s Hotel reception to ask for an explanation – I was spoken to by a very rude and obnoxious lady that clearly wasn’t taking any prisoners, but happy to take the costs of the room from my account – I smell a rat when money was taken from myself plus the additional from an alternative punter. Word of warning – don’t be late, not even 45 minutes or it will be your loss in more ways than one.

Amazing and extraordinary restaurant with very young talented Chef and team. Exceptional service,warm ambience. Just perfect. I am very thankful you made my day. And I was extremely pleased to see such a young and extremely motivated team. The food was absolutely exceptional and you could feel the passion and love with which it was prepared.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The rooms are clean and very functional and nice. No doubt that it s value for money! The breakfast buffet is very generous and appealing too! When it comes to the staff .....it s really depending on the person. Some people are very nice and polite others however..... If you stay too long at the bar and they want to close they will rudely ask you to leave, if you ask to decrease the sound level of the speaker ..... they simply show that it s too much asked and they will not show a lot of compassion..... by the way....it will broadcast only an Italian radio station above your head.... It looks like the management is Italian. As a conclusion, in Germany I have been used to better much hospitality! I will surely look for alternatives next time!

Tolles Hotel in Flughafennähe. Der italienische Einfluss der Eigentümer macht es in Bayer zu einem Juwel. Seher stylisch eingerichtet, total modern und wirklich sehr sauber. Alle Angestellten und auch die Eigentümer sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen war super und sehr lecker. Ein sehr reichhaltiges und wirklich liebevolles Frühstück, welches seines gleichen sucht hat mir dem Morgen versüßt. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Gerade wenn sie einen längeren Aufenthalt am Flughafen München haben. Der Hotelshuttle fährt 15 min und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Suite à une annulation de vol Lufthansa nous loge dans ce petit hôtel boutique. Cadre très agréable, bon accueil. Décoration très sympa, très propre. Chambre double quasiment neuve, bonne literie , sdb impeccable propre et fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Parfait pour une nuit étape.

Wir waren nur einmal dort essen und soll es auch gewesen sein. Bei den Preisen bleibt der Hunger im Bauch. 35 Euro für ein Essen und dann die Getränke....Nein! Lieber ein Ort weiter da gibt es ein gutes Restaurant auch mit Hotel und guter deutscher Küche zum normalen Tarif. Wahrscheinlich so teuer weil einen die Karte vorgelesen wird. Den Trend können sie gern behalten.....

Ich möchte das Restaurant bewerten: die Adresse ist mitten in der schönen Freisinger Umgebung, wo man kein herausragendes Lokal vermutet. Doch dann tut sich dieses auserlesene Lokal auf. Service toll, Küche ausgezeichnet, Speisekarte ideenreich und wechselnd, Nachgeschmack immer noch toll
