페스타 파노라마 호텔(Festa Panorama Hotel)

We arrived late -early morning at the hotel due to a delayed inbound flight. Warmly greeted by the reception with a small token of sandwiches etc if needed to put us on. Room spotless cleaned daily and everything worked fine. Kettle safe Tv etc all working Bathroom was all ok. Off piste bit ironing boards along the corridors if needed. Breakfast multi choice … lunch multi choice and per dinner also was …. It’s ok for us, generally speaking it was hot whist under the convection heaters. Staff in the restaurant all ok helpful. I suppose those reading this who went here … the coffee machines dish only half measure out. I’m glad we choose here …. Having walked to Sunny beach and had a look it’s not our bag so to speak. Nesebar old town 20 odd minutes walk away plus the south beach about the same. Bus stops outside the hotel Number 22 to Burgas for 8 Lev takes around 45 minutes… or the Number 10 takes a bit longer … around every 30 minutes … just pay on the bus… timetable we got from the tourist information just 3 minutes walk up the road. So in conclusion it’s a nice hotel lovely staff and the plus side it’s extremely good value for your money. Although we both enjoyed the Nesebar area we may not return being more Greece orientated. But don’t let this put you off !!!. Of note there’s a bottom promenade walkway to the old town or turn left out of the hotel and walk directly up the road … you’ll pass a small park on the left with seating this leads down to Nesebar old town has well … just a different bit to the bottom walk

Hotel very nice and clean rooms cleaned daily lively Seaview which also looked over the pool nice indoor pool it was a shame we went out of season as many places were closed and not much sun restaurant manager very friendly and and went up and beyond to keep you happy infact she made our holiday her name was nicolina would go back to hotel if go back to bulgaria in season

Arrived at hotel 3am in the morning. Lovely welcome from micheal. Very friendly and informative. Even a bag of sandwiches and fruit to take to room Room is very comfortable. Clean and well cared for. Bathroom is spotless .fresh towels. Hair dryer. Lashings of hot water . Shower is excellent. Balcony with table and chairs . Food is good on the whole .plenty of choice and tasty . Location is great for nice walks Indoor heated pool is fantastic. Also a jacuzzi! Big outdoor pool area. Plenty of sunbeds . The only fault I have is the music played out side by the pool ! Far too loud and club music at 9am in the morning!!! Nice relaxing music would be far more suitable as this is not a 18 to 30s club hotel !! I would definitely return to this hotel The staff do their very best and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean.

I don't know where Sophie M is because she is not here. For me it's exceptionally clean. Great food. Fantastic staff. Ive done many all inclusive and this is towards top of good to bad. I so wish yesterday was boiling hot. It rained and I got wet and cold. There is no dress code as much as i would love one. For the money this is exceptionally

Arrived on the 13th May, was greeted nicely, leave tomorrow and the hotel was clean nice overall, however the staff that run this place are so rude absolutely disgusting the way they speak to customers, the meat is uncooked, the sausages and chicken was still raw, my partner developed food poisoning from the food (I have left a photo below). I showed the waitress the food straight away and complained all he did was point at the bin and took no interest at all. The same day when we arrived for dinner, baring in mind it was absolutely boiling and had been around the pool, I had a beach cover up on and nothing was on show at all, he then came up to me so rude and said ‘dress code’ I was confused as people were wearing similar to me, I did not pack coats or hoodies as it’s boiling and I’m on holiday, I’ve never experienced this before, I thought he was just picking on me after I complained about the food. I have just left dinner now and I feel extremely uncomfortable going for food since I got picked on infront of the whole restaurant, I went down by myself, I’m a 19 year old girl and the youngest teen in the hotel at the moment, I decided to throw on some joggers since they were the only pair I had, and a nice top, I go and get my food and I see the waitress and the manageress (I think she’s the manager) whispering and looking at me up and down like school girls, I become extremely annoyed and uncomfortable I ask them what the issue is, they ignore me I go and sit down, the manageress goes ‘dress code’. It is also very hot today, I have JOGGERS on and a top, I was sweating, how is this innapropriate? Fair enough if there is an issue come up to me privately but to stand there whispering about me and giving me nasty looks is so unprofessional and shows her lack of customer service and disrespect, I state my point and say it’s boiling hot, I’m on holiday I don’t have a hoodie or a coat, they want me to dress like I’m in the Antarctica, I know I’m being picked on because I’ve seen this happen to no one else, a few other English people ask me if I’m okay and say it’s completely ridiculous. Some positives I can say is the two entertainers really make the hotel, they lift the vibe and get everyone together they are amazing truly fantastic, the young lady on reception is such an amazing help, telling me where the bus is and helping out with trips and exploring. I don’t usually write reviews but for the absolute disrespect and disgusting behaviour of this manager I cannot tolerate, please be careful and don’t put up with anything!

An excellent stay at a very good Hotel.The staff were very friendly and helpful,the Hotel was very clean and my room was very spacious and comfortable. The level of service in the Lobby Bar and the Dining Room was also very good. After check in which took literally minutes you had your wristband with a computer chip which enable access to the lifts and ground floor toilets. There was even a porter on hand to take your cases to the room and explain how things worked with the lifts etc. Hotel location was excellent with a couple of Supermarkets within a 10 minute walk and a straight run down to Old Nessebar being around a 15 minute walk. I cannot praise this Hotel enough it went above and beyond my expectations especially Mikhail one of the receptionists who always went the extra mile to help.

Festa Panorama Couple early May Jet 2 Lovely Hotel Great position with lovely views across the water to Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. As other reviews have mentioned very handy for UNESCO World Heritage site of Nessebur Old Town. Lovely walk to Old Town via seafront or main road. Great pool overlooking the sea enjoyed by guests and seagulls alike but not usually at the same time! Excellent service from all Reception Staff they are a credit to the hotel especially the very helpful Christina who went out of her way with everything especially advising on routes and destinations of interest. Many thanks for your local knowledge, tips and advice which made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Cannot thank you enough. Special thanks to the ever present Bell Boy for his valuable assistance and willing help. Our thanks and best wishes to you all. Our room was very good with the views across the pool and to the sea and coast line in the distance. Plenty of HD channels on the modern flat screen TV. The new chef puts out excellent well-cooked tasty food. He is a good acquisition to the hotel which tries very hard to please. Unfortunately the invitation for free a La Carte meal per stay was not so good. We hope others who give it a try fare better than we did. The service was snails pace, the food cold and the strange attitude and behaviour of the blonde lady in charge of overseeing was bizarre. We were early season so not everything was in full swing but that is our choice for cost and not too much intense sun. The down side to travelling in Bulgaria is the condition of the roads particularly the major and many pot holes which are damaging to the hire cars. We would have travelled and toured further had it not been for this on the major and minor roads specially the coast road from Nessebur to Varna. In early May the resorts were by no means in full swing and were just getting going for the season. No fault of the Hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay with the excellent staff of the hotel and would highly recommend holidaying there nearer to full season swing. Great hotel, glad i didnt listen to some of the reviews. The animation team are brilliant and do a great job, the lads behind the bar are friendly and fun. The hotel itself the staff are helpful and the only negative is it can be hard to get a sunbed depending on the time you arrive at the pool and busy times at the restaurant you may not get a table straightaway. Food was good and plenty of choice even jars of baby food on offer. The all inclusive is great with drinks served till midnight and even ice lollies at the pool. Rooms are a decent size and very clean. Great week, will definitely return even if its just for the water polo rematch with animation guys!

ok,, lets start with the negatives,, some of the staff are a little lack lustre and a bit on the dour side,, some others were really nice and a credit to the hotel,, hotel entertainment wasnt that great but they tried the hotel itself was nice and clean and reminded me of a premier inn with carpets everywhere so no noise in corridors etc etc has a small gym but you can easily sort yourself out a little circuit if you so wish indoor pool was good as was the jacuzzi the main outdoor pool was cold but once in you got used to it ,, always clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds, in fact there were more empty beds than occupied all day,, only downside was half the terrace is in the shade by 3 ish ,, but hotel cant be blamed for the sun moving in its direction lol the resteraunt has cooking stations where you can get fresh omelettes with breakfast and fresh pasta and steaks of an evening most of the food is buffet style and if you like chicken, pork and beef then its on most nights,, the quality isnt too bad but it gets a little repetetive, you wont go wrong with the breakfasts though there is a small pool bar that does drinks and limited snacks like chips and toasties and a freezer with proper ice cream lollies the main lobby bar is fairly big although we tended to get our drinks then go outside by the pool,, there was some confusion on all inclusive drinks as they wanted to charge for some types of drinks baileys etc etc the beer wine and the gins were really good but some of the cocktails were a bit sickly sweet the hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk into sunny beach about half hour walk and the same for walking into the old town,, quite a nice walk and felt completely safe we stayed last week september 1st week october,, hotel was fairly quiet and most of the guests were aged in the 50's and over so wouldnt really advise any young ravers to go to this hotel at this time unless just using it as a base couple of bars and resteraunts nearby were all ok and fairly cheap as is most of bulgaria would i stay at this hotel again,, probably
