This was our second visit and still find it the best place for family holiday at the seaside, though there are some positives/negatives compared to the last year Positives: -the food is still as good as it was the last year. As a big plus is the new restaurant which is very well maintained and the stuff are doing their u**ost - drinks, lobby bar- very good quality - not crowded at all Negatives/Recommendation - My recommendation for indoor/ covered parking still stays!! - the babysitting could be free of charge even for 2 years old having in mind the price for the ALL Inclusive. Anyway the girl there Maria is very nice. - I really didn’t get the idea why the towels taken at the swimming pool can’t be returned at the spa reception? P.S. A big thank you to BERKECAN for always being nice & helpful. Big pluses: - Clean rooms - thanks to the lady that cleaned our room daily - Tasty food - thanks to the chefs - Good music and drinks - thanks to the bartenders & skate boys that showed daily. Some small minuses (please take it as constructive feedback): - napkins on the tables - only one was provided where the cutlery was arranged and for extras you needed to ask the waiter to bring more - no baby friendly bathrooms (a special place to change a diaper) - music very loud until 10:30 PM - people come with babies as well and booking a room with lateral sea side view can cause some issues due to loud music when you want your baby to fall asleep.

Last week me and my family stayed here for the first time and truly loved it. We came here for 2 of our special occasions: parents’ wedding jubilee and my sister’s birthday. Stayed at the villa which is perfect for a family vacation, since everyone has enough personal space here. Villa also has a separate pool that is shared with a few other villas and is frequently being checked by staff to ensure safety and cleanliness. Important to mention the variety of food. There’s food for every need, during breakfast there’s plenty of different lactose free, plant-based milk, and for those with little babies, don’t worry, there’s plenty of gerber baby food. However, it would be nice if at least one option of non-dairy milk would be available in all bars and restaurants. Also, entertainment staff is very friendly and always informs and invites to various activities, however sometimes it was a bit irritating, since those invites would get a bit imperative. We also went to Italian and a Steak house à la carte restaurants, which I recommend visiting. Steak house is exceptional because it’s the only place where you can try a high quality good Moldovan wine, that’s the best of wines they have at the hotel. Also, wanted to point out the professionalism of Dimitri working at the guest-relations, since he was always there to help if a problem occurred. And lastly, talked about our experience with a few other hotel visitors and we all agreed that it’s a great place for a family vacation.

We stayed with a teen and baby and we liked very much the experience we had Room- sea side view, worthy, spacious, modern room, housekeeping no issues Pools- well maintained, aqua park great for kids, pretty many options for everyone, nice beach with lots of sun beds Great kids entertainment team :) Food and drinks- this is the main advantage of the resort- great variety of high quality food, all we tried was delicious. A la carte restaurants are so well managed with sophisticated menus. The Steak house (which is the only one paid extra 10 euro) is a must visit. It exceeded expectations. Overall it was a great family holiday The staff is doing their u**ost. Well done. I don’t think there is something even similar as a UAI 5* at the seaside The only recommendation I have is about the parking. Please put some sunshades at the parking places.

Room, Location, Amenities, Servicies are excellent! Clean and spacious rooms, kids space, facilities, pools, beach, staff, restaurants - especially that one where is chief Ivaylo Petkov - should try! Very happy that my husband fount that place - treasure hotel! We came first time last year, this year and hope we will have possibilities to come next year too! Great place! Wish all the best!

Hotel is right on the beach. Very clean, Very Nice staff. The food and drinks are top. Loved the pools and beach bar. It s probably one of the best resorts in Bulgaria. The place to go with kids. We’ll come back again.

I was in a Team Building and I was very impressed! Everything was excellent. Mostly the food. Especially the food, very varied and very tasty. I'll be back with my wife in the same period: the second half of september.

High quality services and trained and very friendly personnel. Pools and saunas very good quality. Food and drinks at high level. Kids club available Evening events with good a**osphere and guests. Strongly recommended.

After 7 days here some conclusion to help you decide: - plenty of food on all restaurants. Always fish, chicken, pork and by rotation lamb, turkey, duck etc. Also sea food every other night. Loads of salads, fruits, yogurt etc. Quality baby food if you need it. A la carte restaurants with fast service or a la carte dinner - reservation required. - spacious rooms, 40+ sqm + balcony. We stayed in the main building, facing the interior yard. A bit of noise from the night shows but not very loud. - the hotel itself is very spacious with large areas inside and outside. - clean beach with quality sun loungers. The cleaning guys will clean them every morning. - clean pools, the children pools are heated. - the towel guy gathers the towels from the beach if you "reserved" sun chairs. Big up! Not so cool: - cleaning is hectic - they disturb even if you have the no disturb sign on, 1 bottle of shower gel every 2 days for 2 adults. We had to complain twice about this. - waiters uniforms are dirty. observed this every day so I think it is the "standard". The hotel should make sure they have enough time for themselves and provide cleaning services. - the program for sun towels change/return is outside beach/pool/lunch time. 8-11 or 17-19. You may go after 8 at the beach but you go at 12 at lunch with towels. - children animation is not very entertaining. Also the cubanese band. For a hotel with 90% of the guests from Romania you would expect more children songs in Romanian, have a look at Turkey and the Russians guest. - bathrooms in common areas are pretty dirty and many times without soap. Hard working staff specially the ones from the poolbar.
