The pleasant aroma of (may be incense) calmed me as I entered the premises. Very clean and well maintained property. I found this property online but could finalize for a great deal. This was the 3rd of the 7 properties I was checking in Nellore but finalized without visiting other places and stayed here for as long as I was in Nellore as I was very impressed with the premises as well as staff (Mr. Obulu and his team) . It is located in a very nice locality with great restaurants within a 100m radius. Ample space for parking in a serene locality/neighborhood is another advantage here.

Neat and hygienic at hotel and food also good. I prefer to stay when ever i go nellore. And also inform to friends to stay

This is a 20 year old property undergoing the process of renovation. Might have carried a great legacy, but currently not in the best shape. I must admire the staff for their willingness to help fix all the issue, but there are too many issues that a guest might not want to be bothered with. To list a few important irritated issues: - Room wasn't cleaned properly in spite of an hour's notice. - Renovated work is incomplete in the three rooms we tried shifting to. - We had to request for new bed rolls and sheets as the ones already placed were soiled. - Tap wasn't functional, plumber had to come and fix it during the stay. - Too many mosquitoes, can't expect that in a star hotel. - Doors had missing latches. - Ambience isn't reflecting the stars that the hotel claims. - Hotel claims to provide Wifi, but that doesn't work. - The cupboard designed for refrigerator was not holding any refrigerator. - Plates in which food was served by Room Service were disgusting, may be not replaced in the last 20 years. The only good aspects of this hotel are: - Location - Service of the staff

Very good, i am satisfy, one of the best hotel in nellore city. Complementary break fast super. Finally i am satisfy.

Recently i visited this hotel i got best experience and nice welcome from hotel side friendly staff awesome rooms totally very good Inside Room and bathrooms everything i got good experience safe side newly married couples and also family morning breakfast also very nice

The hotel is broadly good. Exceptions - water bottle not supplied, foul smell because old hotel, wall hanger spoiled in the toilet; hotel management can maintain better with little care about maintenance. No restaurant but good quality food is available in nearby restaurants. Hotel is centrally located, close to the bus stand. Railway station is also not very far.

Considering the absence of branded properties in a small city such as Nellore, Minerva Grand does well to fill the gap via warm service, spacious rooms & a convenient location. The professional touch & finesse is lacking though - the wi-fi & the safe deposit locker didn’t work.

Hi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money
