Awesome hospitality, awesome food , awesome stay we just loved it. Special thanks to ujjal mad Rubina for giving good service. Our baby girl enjoyed a lot. Staff gives us free baby food for her like tawa roti , dosa , and ***y more. Thank you so much

Good food, friendly and reliable staff, beautiful and clean rooms. A wonderful private beach at your disposable anytime! A special memory we shared was the mini ugadi celebration we did at the resort we requested the staff if they could get us some neem leaves and jaggery and they happily complied. We all celebrated together and had the most unique ugadi celebration of our lifetime!

Overall hospitality is very good. Food is excellent, stay is just like home and very comfortable. Our stay become memorable due to we got bestest Service by Elina in the restaurant. Elina, the staff from the restaurant was very smily and made our stay very cheerful.

If you want to enjoy couple of days in Neil, go for silver sand resort. Amazing resort with attached beach. Round shape room with garden view, very well maintained garden I must say. evening live music was great near pool. Good food in restaurant with lots of varieties, boys in restaurant are very humble.

I don’t know if it was just us but this is what happened: 1: We checked in at 4:30 PM and we were told you have to check out at 9 AM bcz this is standard in Anda***. And no other hotel told this to us and we had checked out around 12 noon from all. Finally they allowed us to check out at 10am. 2: The room had AC issues and was not cooling. TV wasn’t charged. Finally they changed the room after 3 hours. 3: The linen in the room - like pillow covers were old and felt as if they haven’t been washed for weeks. You can feel the difference when bed sheets and pillow covers are fresh - and this was not. 4: The power cut happened atleast 20 times in that duration. So everytime there was a cut, it takes AC to start working a few minutes.. and power cut would happen again. 5: Welcome to room with mosquitoes. If you want to learn how even smallest of things make a difference- then this was the place. I mean a simple mosquito net could be of great help.

The property itself is very pretty with beautiful well looked after garden. Very disappointed about the beach which with low tide looked depressing. Staff were helpful but very inexperienced. Bar and restaurant were dull and depressing areas. Good singer in the evening but on our second night she ruined our evening by allowing a guest to sing song after song. He was awful! Swimming pool should be cleaned more often as it was dirty in the evening.

Overall, the stay was very nice. We had a detached 1-storey cabin facing the beach. The cabin was beautiful, and standards were high. Nothing bad to say about the room. There was a long pathway leading to the private beach, which was very nice, with reclining seats with roofs. Not possible to swim there, but amazing ***groves and corals on the beach. Food was good, but expensive. Our con on this stay was three things: - they struggled to find our reservation when we arrived. The error not on our part. Don’t know why. We had to wait a long time. - the WiFi did not work in our room, only in the restaurant and the reception - the were very few adequate English-speaking staff, making it difficult to ask for things.

Отдыхали семьей с девочкой подростком 19 лет. Отличное питание (я не ем острое, для меня готовили специальную, не острую еду) очень вкусно готовят, красивая ухоженная территория, пляж собственный. Персонал отзывчивый, выполняют очень быстро и качественно любую просьбу. Отличное место для любителей скубадайвинга.
