제트윙 비치(Jetwing Beach)

I really should have stayed here more than one night. It has a few restaurants where the food and drinks are reasonably priced. There are a few pools to swim in and the hotel is right on the beach. It was a beautiful place.

酒店很好 體驗很差， 入住後瞭解到去哪網相同酒店相同房型價格差距高達675元。去哪網價格640元，攜程網價格1315元。明顯的**。還有預訂的另一家酒店，去哪網的運營商是赫程國際（攜程的公司），居然價格比攜程自己的網站還低。

一切都好！衹是酒店自管出租車比Uber重一倍！

Room rates were significantly lower on both Jetwing website and *********** for the dates I picked. So, I thought they are having a big promotion or discount for these days, and I made a booking directly, paid the 100% total amount(including taxes) displayed at that time using my credit card and got the confirmation email. Pretty usual right? After several hours I got an email from the Jetwing reservation team saying the rates were lower because of a system glitch and now I have to pay more than what I agreed to. It did not look like a glitch to me as I refreshed the website multiple times to be sure the rates are correct. As any other customer I'd expect Jetwing Beach to honor my reservation which was already confirmed and paid in full. But the reservation team insisted that I pay the "new" rate. This behavior from a 5-star hotel is unacceptable and utterly disappointing. I would avoid this hotel next time as I don't want to be scammed again.

We had the best stay at jetwing beach. Everything was up to the standard that we expected. From the check in to check out all the staff members were really welcoming. The room we got was lovely and the food was good too. thanx to Diran, Malcom and the staff of jetwing beach for giving us a memorable stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit for the next time as well.

Staying at the JETWING NEGOMBO set the tone for our holiday. Big airy rooms/ a la carte beachside restaurant/ fresh tasty well presented cuisine/ young attentive staff wanting to please and make our stay enjoyable/clean amenities all make for a great start. thank you Netwing Beach. Young Omar was especially good gave great service in the restaurant with a big friendly smile. thank you team.

The hotel was excellently, an astonishing service, clean and beautiful rooms, relaxing and well equipped beach and pool area. The personal was always helpfull and the room service was better than in any other hotel we were until this trip. All in all a perfect booking!!

Absolutely amazing the experience we had at Jetwing Beach in particular thanks to Sumith and Madhawa who were splendid and well mannered at their job. We spent two nights at the Suite room and they made sure we had the best personalised experience. Will go back for sure!!! Food was great, calm and relaxing environment. Kudos to the team!

Today I visited this place.I ordered marinara pizza but they taken 1 1/2 hours to prepare it.Finally the pizza was coming but the thing is the pizza was very hard and no more seafood is there.I talked to their F&B manager and ordered a club sandwich to go.It also really bad.Very disappointed with their service..
