Whitestar Guesthouse

On arrival there was no receptionist which was really strange, there was a paper with our names and keys. I stayed there for 3 nights with my friends, the goal was to find a cheap but good place to sleep and we were completely satisfied. In the price we had breakfast, the breakfast was not bad but it was really cheap. The food was never enough so we had to wait long every morning. This place is older with interesting furniture, not far from the city centre and there are shops nearby. Our rooms were completely clean, there was cleaning every day, they took out the trash from the room so that was a good point. The room was equipped with plates and cutlery, hair dryer and next to the room there was a small kitchen with a small oven which we used a few times. It was quite cold when we stayed there, it would have been nice if it could have been heated with the air conditioner. On our last day the lady from the breakfast offered us a dessert as it was our last day, this was really sweet from her. We really enjoyed our stay in Whitestar, Malta is amazing and I am sure that I will come back in the future!

We were really satisfied with everything it is our second time here and for sure not the last time Maria the person who take care of the rooms is a really nice and responsible person and the owner is always around for the needs of the clients .Thanks we will be back for sure.

Don't stay here. The place is filthy, and it's like a hostel for down and outs. Ashtrays full of cigarette butts damp bathrooms, rickety furniture and unhygienic. TV didn't work. And not even cheap!

Con questo soggiorno vi rovinerete le vacanze. Sdraio in piscina sporche e rotte,piscina sporca. Struttura da chiudere per tutelare la salute dell'ospite. Lenzuola stropicciate e di un bianco giallognolo. La prima camera che ci è stata assegnata era in condizioni pietose e molto sporca. Bagno inaccessibile per drastiche condizioni igieniche. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera. La seconda camera era migliore ma sempre con scarse condizioni igieniche. Polvere sotto al letto che non è mai stata rimossa e bagno che non è mai stato pulito. Abbiamo fatto colazione solo i primi 3 gg poiché al quarto giorno ho trovato formiche a volontà nella tazza cadute dal bordo della macchina del caffè ( fondo tazza con formiche a volontà affogate). Nella prima camera abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti con cuscini che all'interno presentavano una specie di pagliuzza pungente. Non esistono prodotti da bagno ma solo un portasapone( attenzione al dispenser doccia perché abbiamo trovato muffa )e ci sarebbe tanto altro da dire. Fidatevi solo delle recensioni negative. Per sicurezza non abbiamo mai usato la piscina. Non sapevamo dove stendere i panni poiché c'è uno stendino per tutta la struttura e nn era possibile appoggiare nulla sulle sedie esterne perché molto sporche. Se ignorate le recensioni negative, allora vi auguro una NON buona vacanza LUCIANO ITALIA Dal 31/08 al 12/09/2024
