The beds are great for a good night sleep. The rooms are cleaned well everyday. They have Netflix and a small kitchen. The girl who checked us in was very nice but told us we could not use the sister pool. ( I was told on the phone we could) We would have to park at the sister hotel but we didn't get a car. Breakfast was the same everyday and got very boring and dull after 2 days. The staff don't seem happy and that makes for a cold environment. We really liked our room and being able to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch people at the restaurant across the street. I would recommend it for those staying one or two nights and really want a nice bed to sleep on. I would come back if they made some changes like one free pool pass or even a surcharge for the pool. Breakfast changes like an egg order and toast. more staff to help out at breakfast so people are not waiting outside when staff are late. Better customer service overall.

Our room was so nice and spacious. The room came with way more accommodations which we didn’t expect which was so nice. There was a small kitchen with a fridge which was so nice. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very nice. The location was awesome! Within walking distance to main city

We stayed for 5 nights with our children. Great location (close to the beach and center) very good facilities and very clean hotel. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. We recommend this hotel for everyone.

The hostess was so welcoming and treated us as we were her family visiting! She was so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and every staff member was welcoming and friendly.

Greeted by a lovely lady who explained everything we needed to know then showed us to our room which was just as we expected. We had a large room that was very modern and clean just perfect for what we needed.

I have been coming to Greece since 2016 and I spend at least a month in Greece every year and this is my 4th visit to this lovely hotel and I realized that I kept forgetting to leave a review. To say that this place is a bargain is an understatement. I feel like it is very difficult to find a hotel of this quality at this price point anywhere else in Greece. LOCATION - Perfect. You are surrounded by restaurants, shops, laundry and mini grocery stores, add to that a 2 minute walk to a great beach and a 5 minute walk to the port, what more you ask for. QUIET - This place is right in the center of everything but it's nice and quiet at night! COMFORT - Anyone who comes to Greece often knows that hard beds can be a problem even in more expensive hotels but not here! The beds are about the most comfortable in Greece so far and on par with In camera hotel in Rhodes which has Coco mat beds(the beds here may be coco mat as well) and my room there was over $300 US a night. The a/c is powerful and there are little things also that I really appreciate like the small window in the bathroom that you can open has a screen on it so no little critters get in! It's the little things like that that get overlooked so often at other hotels. CLEAN - As I said this is my 4th visit here and I have stayed in 4 different rooms and they have all been beautiful and sparkling clean, The rooms are well maintained and the bedding is fresh and pretty and towels are nice and soft. WIFI - The wifi here is great, you can stream videos or netflix all day and night. BATHROOMS - Bathrooms can be a challenge in Greece as well but not here! No shower curtain clinging to you as you try to take a shower or the dreaded smelly drains! The bathrooms are just as nice as everything else. In summation let me say that because I travel 3 to 4 months a year and about 60% of the time I stay in budget hotels which can get to you after awhile but I have found several hotels around the world that I go to when I need to recharge and have some affordable luxury and this is one of them. If you are coming to visit Naxos then I seriously doubt you could find anything better than this hotel. Don't worry just go ahead and book it, you can thank me later! Also, some new things, they just started doing breakfast and massages here as well if that's your thing.
